Great vacation…the house was very clean and check-in and check out super easy, the host extremely nice… it’s not walking distance to the beach…you really need a bike but once you have one it’s perfect..the street is very silent and the apartment very cool, no need for air conditioning. only a small suggestions…the bathroom with only a bathtub is not really great; there has to be a curtain!! It’s impossible to take a shower and not wet the entire bathroom… Everything else was perfect!

Casa Vittoria in Forte dei Marmi: Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie liegt nur etwa 1 Kilometer von den Sandstränden entfernt in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die Möblierung ist sehr stilvoll. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere die Waschmaschine und die Geschirrspülmaschine. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche ist zum Teil etwas knapp. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine separate Treppe im Haus - man ist so ganz für sich. Super ist auch der Standplatz für eine Auto, wenn auch die Zufahrt etwas eng ist. Ideal für Familienferien. Gerne kommen wir wieder ins Casa Vittoria zurück!

August 2017 The place is far enough from the beach that it makes sense to drive even though with a bike it would be a 10 minutes ride. The place was so clean it felt like we were the first guests of the property. The apartment is in a very quiet area so you don't have to be bothered with the noise of the clubs located near the beach. The town center is only a few minutes away by car, and it was so conveniently located. Luca, Italy

Im Inserat stand 400m vom Meer entfernt. Ich habe es gebucht, weil die Nähe zum Meer mit zwei Kindern sehr praktisch ist. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass vom Apartment bis zum ersten Bagno knapp 950m sind. So wurden aus 5min Fußweg täglich zwei Autofahrten zum Strand, statt kurze Spaziergänge. Ansonsten war das Apartment soweit in Ordnung und recht sauber. Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sogar sehr gut.
