For extra guests and children staying, a single sofa bed with Single pull out bed for 2 can be used in the Living room. A modern shower room completes the internal layout of this fabulous and carefree holiday retreat. The 5th floor apartment features to a residence which offers lift access. Sleeping- Bedroom 1: A spacious and stylish double bedroom with a wardrobe A Single bed with a pull-out option for 2 is in the Living room. Bathroom- Bathroom 1: A modern suite fitted with a shower, wash basin, WC & bidet Additional- • Central heating • Pets considered • Ironing facilities • Hairdrye • Ski storage • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary. Guests need to display badge for access to parking Location- Situated along ‘Place Desailloud’, guests are only a 5-minute stroll away from central Chamonix. Ideal for self-catering ski breaks, the resort boasts a wealth of winter sport pursuits, and a weekly local food market with plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to keep the kitchen cupboards stocked up. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries. In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities. The location is perfect. I was planning to go to the Egidimi Observatory, and it was right in front of me, which was great. The supermarket was even closer. I also met neighbors at the accommodation, and they were incredibly kind. Furthermore, the accommodation itself was very comfortable to stay in, with various cups and bowls, a dishwasher, a microwave, and drawers. Six people went skiing in Chamonix. Through Happy Rental, we secured two apartments: Chamois Blanc 301, right in front of Chamonix Sud where all ski buses stop, and Forclaz 504, the building housing Happy Rental\'s office. Unit 301 is compact but features clean interior decor, a spacious kitchen, warm rooms, and the Chamonix Sud stop right in front, connecting to all ski areas accessible with the unlimited ski pass – making it top-rated for winter ski trips. Unit 504 offers a larger interior space, and a separate sofa bed, making it convenient. Its proximity to the Aiguille du Midi gondola was a plus, though the heating in the living room with the sofa bed was weak. We couldn\'t use the bathroom heater because we didn\'t know how to adjust it, and the shower hot water temperature weakened during evening peak hours, which was inconvenient. Both accommodations have elevators, making it easy to bring suitcases upstairs. The host, Happy Rental, assisted with early check-in and responded quickly to inquiries via WhatsApp. Thank you. It is a good size apartment for two people. Beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. It is good located , 5 min to the main bus stop and 10 min walk to the center. Comfortable bed.
