La posizione è ottima e la casa ha tutto il necessario per una permanenza anche per periodi più lunghi. Suggerirei di aggiungere come cose da trovare all'interno della casa una prolunga con una multipla perché il tavolo è troppo lontano rispetto alle prese disponibili, e anche dei cestini per fare la differenziata.

The overall experience was good! The location is very convenient, close to the lake, to a bigger shop and a bus stop for a bus taking you around the city, including the train station. There is also a nice bar under the building. It is clean and serves well the needs of a short stay.

Das Magnolia war für unseren Kurzurlaub perfekt. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr gut, es war einfach die Wohnung zu finden. Ausgestattet mit einer Küche und einem bequemen Bettsofa und einem gut ausgestatteten Bad, es war alles vorhanden. Einzig der Kühlschrank war etwas laut in der Nacht. Die Wohnung liegt am Fusse des Monte Bré und nahe am See. Der schöne Park Scherrer(?) ist gut erreichbar.Also Super gelegen um Ausflüge zu machen, auch eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Christian in der Agentur war Super freundlich und nett. Absolut empfehlenswert.

L’appartement est assez bien situé, mais pas de place de parking et la police tourne beaucoup… de plus difficile de venir sans voiture car pour récupérer et déposer les clés c’est assez loin surtout avec les valises sur le dos… c’est dommage au prix où on paie l’agence que personne ne viennent nous fournir les clés directement à l’appartement … grosse déception sur ce point. L’appartement est globalement propre ( lit sale et pas d’alaise), moquette (pas d’aspirateur pour enlever la poussière et détritus), peu de vaisselle (seulement 2 couteaux), au niveau de la cuisine 1 seule prise pour le frigo et tout le reste (bouilloire, micro-onde, cafetière) dommage qu’une multiprise ne soit pas à disposition. 100€ de frais de ménage pour 30m’2 c’est un peu abusé. 1 seul sac poubelle à disposition pour 3 semaines de location. Impossible de communiquer directement avec l’agence par le biais de l’application, et les frais téléphonique sont payants si on a pas le forfait adapté…

Die Lage ist sehr gut die Wohnung aber viel kleiner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Bettsofa ist eine katastrophe die Matraze darauf viel zu dünn man spührt das gestell darunter. Die Wohnung ist auch garnicht schalldicht man hört die Nachbarn reden.
