Die Lage war umwerfend! Direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs der SNCF und einer Bushaltestelle, konnten wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage lassen und nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß die Gegend und den Ort erwandern. Das war sehr komfortabel und umweltfreundlich!

Great accommodation, right next to the bus stop and train station so perfect for catching transport to Chamonix town centre or the various ski resorts or further. Sauna worked well, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing was no WiFi but other than that it was perfect! We would come back again.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse, la vista del Monte Bianco dal balcone dell'appartamento, la tessera gratuita per utilizzare autobus e trenino con la stazione proprio davanti al residence (senza quindi usare sempre la macchina per brevi spostamenti) , il box auto con posto assegnato e ascensore per arrivare direttamente nell'appartamento, la sauna privata

Un endroit merveilleux hors saison, je ne peux pas parler de la saison, mais j'imagine qu'il l'est aussi. La description était exactement comme annoncée ; je n'avais même pas remarqué qu'il y avait un sauna ! Je recommanderais qu'un micro-ondes, et wifi serait un plus. L'hôte était très communicatif, les instructions très précises, l'emplacement idéal et la sécurité optimale. Un petit bémol : il n'y a pas de place de parking n° 52, mais les places 50-51-53-54 etc, ce qui rendait l'entrée intéressante. Globalement, c'était un excellent rapport qualité-prix, tout était propre et conforme à l'annonce, et je n'ai rien de négatif à signaler. Compte tenu de la région, je recommande vivement.

Bel appartement, idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Le parking sous terrain est en réel avantage. Idem pour le casier à ski. Appartement proche de la gare mais les trains passent relativement doucement, cela ne nous a donc pas dérangé. Appartement confortable, literie au top. Sauna petit mais agréable. Le seul point négatif que l’on pourrait remonter est le manque de rangements.

Le logement est parfait : bien équipé, chaleureux, propre, grand balcon belle vue, parking souterrain très pratique, sauna un vrai plus (un vrai sauna pas un infrarouge), donc vraiment rien à redire Mais : appartement très mal isolé. on entend les voisins, les gens dans le couloir, et surtout le flot de voitures incessants de la rue principale en contrebas. C'est infernal et non stop. Même fenêtres et portes fermées. Du coup pas calme du tout. Je ne pense pas que le problème vienne spécialement de l'appartement, je pense que c'est toute la résidence qui est mal insonorisée. C'est dommage. Par contre merci pour la bouteille à l'arrivée et les nécessaires vaisselle, douche...tout était très bien organisé

L'emplacement est sympa avec une vue magnifique. Par contre le train passe juste devant la terrasse. La résidence est vieillissante, la piscine est fermée donc le petit plus n'y est plus. Concernant l'appartement il manque clairement un equipement plus moderne(pas de micro ondes,). Et surtout il n'y a pas de wifi ! Enfin le sauna ne marchait pas..

Schöner Kurzurlaub, gut gelegen. Alles nötige war da. Ausstattung in den Wohnung vllt. etwas modernisieren und von allem etwas mehr (zB 1-2 zusätzlich Töpfe/ Pfannen, etc.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse, la vista del Monte Bianco dal balcone dell'appartamento, la tessera gratuita per utilizzare autobus e trenino con la stazione proprio davanti al residence (senza quindi usare sempre la macchina per brevi spostamenti) , il box auto con posto assegnato e ascensore per arrivare direttamente nell'appartamento, la sauna privata

Un endroit merveilleux hors saison, je ne peux pas parler de la saison, mais j'imagine qu'il l'est aussi. La description était exactement comme annoncée ; je n'avais même pas remarqué qu'il y avait un sauna ! Je recommanderais qu'un micro-ondes, et wifi serait un plus. L'hôte était très communicatif, les instructions très précises, l'emplacement idéal et la sécurité optimale. Un petit bémol : il n'y a pas de place de parking n° 52, mais les places 50-51-53-54 etc, ce qui rendait l'entrée intéressante. Globalement, c'était un excellent rapport qualité-prix, tout était propre et conforme à l'annonce, et je n'ai rien de négatif à signaler. Compte tenu de la région, je recommande vivement.

Bel appartement, idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Le parking sous terrain est en réel avantage. Idem pour le casier à ski. Appartement proche de la gare mais les trains passent relativement doucement, cela ne nous a donc pas dérangé. Appartement confortable, literie au top. Sauna petit mais agréable. Le seul point négatif que l’on pourrait remonter est le manque de rangements.

Le logement est parfait : bien équipé, chaleureux, propre, grand balcon belle vue, parking souterrain très pratique, sauna un vrai plus (un vrai sauna pas un infrarouge), donc vraiment rien à redire Mais : appartement très mal isolé. on entend les voisins, les gens dans le couloir, et surtout le flot de voitures incessants de la rue principale en contrebas. C'est infernal et non stop. Même fenêtres et portes fermées. Du coup pas calme du tout. Je ne pense pas que le problème vienne spécialement de l'appartement, je pense que c'est toute la résidence qui est mal insonorisée. C'est dommage. Par contre merci pour la bouteille à l'arrivée et les nécessaires vaisselle, douche...tout était très bien organisé

L'emplacement est sympa avec une vue magnifique. Par contre le train passe juste devant la terrasse. La résidence est vieillissante, la piscine est fermée donc le petit plus n'y est plus. Concernant l'appartement il manque clairement un equipement plus moderne(pas de micro ondes,). Et surtout il n'y a pas de wifi ! Enfin le sauna ne marchait pas..
