I stayed for the UTMB. The location is good near restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop and train station. Easy access to Chamonix center and to any outdoor activities. The apt was good and comfortable. The bedrooms and showers are on the second floor. The stair is narrow and could be a problem for elderly people or someone with disabilities. The apt is appropriate for family with kids. I’ll stay here again.

A lovely alternative to Chamonix - a bit quieter, but still a lovely vibe with plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable. Note that it's managed by a local holiday rental agency, but the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again

A really great apartment very close to Grande Montes. We stayed here as 4 adults and we all had plenty of room. It would work for 6 adults but quite cosy. It was great having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. I'd definitely stay here again. many thanks Mark👍

Nous avons bcp apprécié le confort de l’appartement, ses équipements (le lave-linge est un plus et il y a bcp d’espaces de rangement), la vue bien dégagée sur le Mont Blanc. La literie est confortable et le linge digne d’un hôtel. La présence de 2 SDB et 2 toilettes est très pratique. Un bémol sur le Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas en pratique… et sur le prix du ménage qui représente un % important du coût global, même s’il est vrai que l’appartement était dans un état de propreté impeccable, ce qui est extrêmement agréable. Situation pratique, à 5 min à pied des commerces d’Argentière et de la navette gratuite pour se déplacer dans la vallée. Accueil souriant à l’agence.

Très belle vue, logement pratique et résidence en cours d'amélioration suites aux travaux de copropriété et départ tardif possible avec l'agence. Cependant il faut relever le manque de produits de nettoyage fournit par Happy Rental, l'agence de gestion, même pas de stock de sacs poubelles, peu de produit vaisselle, et en toute logique de la vaisselle sale non vérifiée dans le logement. Les assises sales des chaises, beaucoup de traces sur les murs blancs, robinet de salle de bain qui ne tient pas en place, les bacs du frigo sont cassés. il est important de faire le tour du logement et de le maintenir en phase avec le prix de location.

Sehr hübsch renovierte und helle Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Sehr praktisch mit 3 abgetrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Küche war funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, Skilift, Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles hat gut geklappt und funktioniert, Check-in ohne Komplikationen.

The property was actually thé gréât surprise! Happy to see there were two toilets, one per floor, which made navigating extremely narrow staircase safer at night. The dishwasher was definitely too small: pocket size. The pics are deceiving as the rooms are a LOT SMALLER than they appear on the site. However, it was a great place with three separate bedrooms upstairs alone and the place had been remodelled and looked awesome with direct views of M’ont Blanc. So overall: very happy with this place.

The location is really great near the ski slopes and close to center, bus and train stops, shopr and restaurants. It was nice apartment with view to Mont Blanc - really great you can have a look of this giant whenever you go out on the terrace. We have an issue with the dishwasher and it was repared in some hours slot which is great service.

Checkin was right next to the apartments. Friendly and easy personel. We go to use the office for storing our luggage on the last day of skiing before going home. Very nice.

We had two toilets, one on each floor and there were two bathrooms , one with a. Shower and one with a bathtub. That makes it easy for a family of six!

Très belle vue, logement pratique et résidence en cours d'amélioration suites aux travaux de copropriété et départ tardif possible avec l'agence. Cependant il faut relever le manque de produits de nettoyage fournit par Happy Rental, l'agence de gestion, même pas de stock de sacs poubelles, peu de produit vaisselle, et en toute logique de la vaisselle sale non vérifiée dans le logement. Les assises sales des chaises, beaucoup de traces sur les murs blancs, robinet de salle de bain qui ne tient pas en place, les bacs du frigo sont cassés. il est important de faire le tour du logement et de le maintenir en phase avec le prix de location.

Sehr hübsch renovierte und helle Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Sehr praktisch mit 3 abgetrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Küche war funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, Skilift, Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles hat gut geklappt und funktioniert, Check-in ohne Komplikationen.

The property was actually thé gréât surprise! Happy to see there were two toilets, one per floor, which made navigating extremely narrow staircase safer at night. The dishwasher was definitely too small: pocket size. The pics are deceiving as the rooms are a LOT SMALLER than they appear on the site. However, it was a great place with three separate bedrooms upstairs alone and the place had been remodelled and looked awesome with direct views of M’ont Blanc. So overall: very happy with this place.

The location is really great near the ski slopes and close to center, bus and train stops, shopr and restaurants. It was nice apartment with view to Mont Blanc - really great you can have a look of this giant whenever you go out on the terrace. We have an issue with the dishwasher and it was repared in some hours slot which is great service.
