The traditionally styled living room, with its warm pinewood panelling, creates a cosy and authentic alpine atmosphere. The comfortable seating area features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and opens onto a private balcony overlooking the residence.
The open-plan living space also includes a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, with an oven, induction hob, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. The apartment also has a washing machine, providing extra convenience for both short stays and family holidays.
The spacious and welcoming master bedroom features a double bed and offers a peaceful retreat after a day in the mountains. The second bedroom is comfortable and practical, with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A family bathroom with a shower is complemented by a separate WC.
Set within a five-storey residence with a lift, the apartment also benefits from shared access to a pleasant communal garden, providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy the green surroundings.

Location
Set in a peaceful riverside location on the Chemin sous la Grand, at the entrance to the village, this apartment enjoys a particularly convenient setting. A local pizzeria is just a 1-minute walk away, while the Grands Montets ski lifts are approximately a 2-minute walk away. Argentière railway station is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The centre of Argentière is only an 8-minute walk away, offering a great choice of traditional restaurants, cosy cafés, shops and local amenities.
Just a 14-minute drive from Chamonix, Argentière is one of the valley’s most popular alpine destinations. Located at the foot of the famous Grands Montets ski area, it is renowned for its varied terrain, offering a great choice of pistes as well as extensive powder and off-piste terrain for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
An excellent destination in both winter and summer, Argentière attracts visitors throughout the year thanks to its spectacular mountain scenery and wide range of outdoor activities. The Accro Adventure park and the climbing area at Lac des Gaillands are both approximately a 20-minute drive away.
