Very clean and beautiful property well located. Very convenient if you have a vehicle with great parking. Everything ran smoothly and all of the amenities worked well. Plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen supplies to make the stay comfortable. When the wifi did go down the team was responsive immediately and rectified the situation. Overall very spacious, clean and updated. We had a wonderful stay with no problems and clear instruction on who to contact if we did need anything.

Stayed at this flat once last year and upon looking for a stay for this trip to Lugano, we were every happy to know that it was available again. This is a beautiful spacious flat with all necessary amenities for a party of 3. The location is very convenient - 10 mins walking distance from the Paradiso station and around 15-20 to the centre of Lugano. Thanks to Harold and the team everything went very smoothly!

We have spent 5 amazing days at Rebecca’s Garden apartment.The house is spotless clean, it is very well equipped (not only the kitchen eg there is nespresso machine, toasters etc, but you can even find some toys and toddler’s high-chair, some nice garden toys etc), you basically do not have to worry about anything. The communication was great and always on time. The house is beautiful and spacious, beds very comfortable, the house is located in a very peaceful surrounding, just perfect for some relaxing time. The location is also great, 5 minutes walking down the hill to the lake’s promenade and some 20 minutes walking to the city center (or just 2 minutes by car - there is a huge parking next to the LAC). There is a small supermarket in the nearest neighborhood and nice italian restaurant (al Barilotto) with very delicious pizzas and tiramisu. We used divoora webdite for restaurants takeouts and it was working great. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Departamento moderno, agradable. Extraño que una de las habitaciones tenia una escalera a la lavanderia y no tenia puerta para separar. Subia un olor a subterráneo. Baño principal tenia tina y ducha telefono, pero sin cortina de baño. Se mojaba el piso. Nos dejaron ameneties un vino y otras cosas, pero no habia abridor de botella. Vino una vez abierto no era de buena calidad. El resto bien.

Departamento moderno, agradable. Extraño que una de las habitaciones tenia una escalera a la lavanderia y no tenia puerta para separar. Subia un olor a subterráneo. Baño principal tenia tina y ducha telefono, pero sin cortina de baño. Se mojaba el piso. Nos dejaron ameneties un vino y otras cosas, pero no habia abridor de botella. Vino una vez abierto no era de buena calidad. El resto bien.

super gute Lage, in- und auschecken war super easy. Die Wohnung - Küche war nicht optimal ausgestattet und einiges abgelaufen. Wäre toll bei diesem Preis wenigstens Kaffeekapseln und Geschirrspülmaschinen Waschmittel zur Verfügung zu haben.

super gute Lage, in- und auschecken war super easy. Die Wohnung - Küche war nicht optimal ausgestattet und einiges abgelaufen. Wäre toll bei diesem Preis wenigstens Kaffeekapseln und Geschirrspülmaschinen Waschmittel zur Verfügung zu haben.
