Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist sensationell! Das Personal von Happy Rentals war extrem freundlich. Wir durften unser Auto schon vor dem Check-in in der Garage parken. In der Garage hat man einen festen Parkplatz im privaten Bereich des Parkhauses (nur mit Karte zu öffnen). So steht das Auto sicher und nicht allzu weit vom Appartment.

We had a Pleasant stay in the apartment. Nice and clean with a functional kitchen that was nice and clean. The apartment is very dark Inside because of no light coming through the windows. But the furniture makes it a very comfortable place to be. The host was very helpful when we needed help regarding that our car was to high for the parking house. Much appreciated All in all a good stay.

Perfectly located and cosy apartment in the old town of Riva. It has all what you need for a short stay and is very quiet, something you would not expect as it is right in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay here. Parking our car in the private section of a nearby public parking was great and we did not need our car during our 5 days stay - just perfect.

Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Riva, sodass man sehr schnell am See ist. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar! Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief problemlos. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und lädt daher weniger zum längeren verweilen in der Wohnung ein, aber da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und es wirkt als wäre sie vor kurzem modernisiert wurden. Der Privatparkplatz ist auch super - haben uns gefreut ihn zu haben und ist unweit der Wohnung entfernt!

Appartement fidèle à la description. Tout y est . Bien situé dans le quartier historique et à proximité de tout. Par contre le logement est très sombre avec aucune vue. On se sent enfermé et dans le noir car les fenêtre sont collées à un autre mur D’autre part le canapé lit est très inconfortable, la matelas est de très mauvaise qualité, mal de dos assuré…. L’autre lit de la chambre est de bonne qualité.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und die ganze Organisation war großartig. Auch der Parkplatz dabei ist super! Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, es war sehr dunkel in der Wohnung. Die Fenster gehen in einen kleinen Innenhof, nicht schlimm, aber man hat so gut wie kein Tageslicht und dafür sind die Lampen zu schwach. Man bräuchte mehr Lampen und bessere Glühbirnen. Sonst war alles super! Vielen Dank!

The town of Riva is beautiful. The accommodation was in the center, in romantic, narrow streets for pedestrians. A big advantage is the parking space belonging to the apartment, the garage is spacious and clean. The apartment was a bit dark, we had to keep the lights on even during the day. The ventilation of the apartment was also a little worse, but otherwise we found everything we needed - comfortable beds, a spacious dining table, enough dishes, enough towels. The host was helpful and welcoming. Thank you for everything.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Perfekte Kommunikation. Super Lage. Fast alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Einzig die Beleuchtung war eher nicht so gut. Die Wohnung ist leider ziemlich dunkel, da die einzigen Fenster in den Spalt zwischen den Häusern geht und somit kaum Licht in die Wohnung kommt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön, in einer hübschen Einkaufsstraße. Nahe zum See und nahe zum Büro der Ansprechpartner. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber, WC Papier war vorhanden. Ebenso Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen! Wer mit wenig Gepäck anreist und nicht im Hochsommer anreist. bekommt eine gute Lage, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Parkhaus mit reserviertem Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Etwas kompliziert mit der Parkkarte ein- und auszufahren.

Der Check In hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung sowie zum Parkhaus war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und entspricht auch dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Dadurch dass die Wohnung in einer engen Gasse liegt und abends viel los ist, ist der Geräuschpegel etwas über dem Standard gewesen. Da auch Restaurants einander gereiht sind, hat es in der Wohnung und im Hausflur extrem nach „fett“ gestunken. Aber wenn man bedenkt, dass man den ganzen Tag draußen verbringt und abends nur zum schlafen die Wohnung betritt, ist es schon OK. Man darf halt keine großen Erwartungen haben wenn man für wenig Geld eine Wohnung mietet.

We had a Pleasant stay in the apartment. Nice and clean with a functional kitchen that was nice and clean. The apartment is very dark Inside because of no light coming through the windows. But the furniture makes it a very comfortable place to be. The host was very helpful when we needed help regarding that our car was to high for the parking house. Much appreciated All in all a good stay.

Perfectly located and cosy apartment in the old town of Riva. It has all what you need for a short stay and is very quiet, something you would not expect as it is right in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay here. Parking our car in the private section of a nearby public parking was great and we did not need our car during our 5 days stay - just perfect.

Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Riva, sodass man sehr schnell am See ist. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar! Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief problemlos. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und lädt daher weniger zum längeren verweilen in der Wohnung ein, aber da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und es wirkt als wäre sie vor kurzem modernisiert wurden. Der Privatparkplatz ist auch super - haben uns gefreut ihn zu haben und ist unweit der Wohnung entfernt!

Appartement fidèle à la description. Tout y est . Bien situé dans le quartier historique et à proximité de tout. Par contre le logement est très sombre avec aucune vue. On se sent enfermé et dans le noir car les fenêtre sont collées à un autre mur D’autre part le canapé lit est très inconfortable, la matelas est de très mauvaise qualité, mal de dos assuré…. L’autre lit de la chambre est de bonne qualité.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir konnten alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen und wenn man mal,das Auto benötigt hat war das Parkhaus indem das Auto parkte auch nicht weit. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und die ganze Organisation war großartig. Auch der Parkplatz dabei ist super! Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, es war sehr dunkel in der Wohnung. Die Fenster gehen in einen kleinen Innenhof, nicht schlimm, aber man hat so gut wie kein Tageslicht und dafür sind die Lampen zu schwach. Man bräuchte mehr Lampen und bessere Glühbirnen. Sonst war alles super! Vielen Dank!

The town of Riva is beautiful. The accommodation was in the center, in romantic, narrow streets for pedestrians. A big advantage is the parking space belonging to the apartment, the garage is spacious and clean. The apartment was a bit dark, we had to keep the lights on even during the day. The ventilation of the apartment was also a little worse, but otherwise we found everything we needed - comfortable beds, a spacious dining table, enough dishes, enough towels. The host was helpful and welcoming. Thank you for everything.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Perfekte Kommunikation. Super Lage. Fast alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Einzig die Beleuchtung war eher nicht so gut. Die Wohnung ist leider ziemlich dunkel, da die einzigen Fenster in den Spalt zwischen den Häusern geht und somit kaum Licht in die Wohnung kommt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön, in einer hübschen Einkaufsstraße. Nahe zum See und nahe zum Büro der Ansprechpartner. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber, WC Papier war vorhanden. Ebenso Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen! Wer mit wenig Gepäck anreist und nicht im Hochsommer anreist. bekommt eine gute Lage, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Parkhaus mit reserviertem Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Etwas kompliziert mit der Parkkarte ein- und auszufahren.

Der Check In hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung sowie zum Parkhaus war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und entspricht auch dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Dadurch dass die Wohnung in einer engen Gasse liegt und abends viel los ist, ist der Geräuschpegel etwas über dem Standard gewesen. Da auch Restaurants einander gereiht sind, hat es in der Wohnung und im Hausflur extrem nach „fett“ gestunken. Aber wenn man bedenkt, dass man den ganzen Tag draußen verbringt und abends nur zum schlafen die Wohnung betritt, ist es schon OK. Man darf halt keine großen Erwartungen haben wenn man für wenig Geld eine Wohnung mietet.
