Wir hatten beide Appartements der Villa gemietet. Das Haus ist extrem geräumig und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter Platz für Aktivitäten. Auf den Terassen kann man sehr gut frühstücken. Für Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden. Ein- und Auschecken haben trotz später Ankunft hervorragend funktioniert, alle Informationen kamen per WhatsApp. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung des südlichen Teils des Gardasees sehr gut, aber auch bis Riva del Garda benötigt man nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Das Zentrum von Salo erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten.

Wir waren als Klasse in der Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den einen Stern Abzug bei „check in“ habe ich gegeben, da wir einen Umweg fahren mussten um den Schlüssel für das Haus ab zu holen. Das hat uns fast 45 min gekostet. Ansonsten alles top!

Big 2 floor house for about 12 persons. 3 bathrooms is enough for all. Street parking only. It looks like house was almost completely renovated (except laundry and kitchens), but looks like house owner saved money and made some strange decisions, also badly maintained (broken or not enough hooks for towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms, water don't leaks away in shower), old ages-dirty carpets on the floor. Isolation between first floor bedroom(s) and bathroom should be improved - when you flush toilet it's more loud in the bedroom than in bathroom! Bed smell on both floors (mold), probably because windows are closed all the time.

Sehr geräumig, grosser Garten und sehr sauber. Es gibt viel Schatten auf dem ganzen Grundstück, die Bäume sind sehr gross, was die Hitze erträglicher macht. Die Klimaanlagen in gewissen Zimmern tragen zu eines angenehmend Nacht bei. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Wenn man also kein Auto hat, ist das perfekt. Die Gastgeber konnten gut erreicht werden und sind auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen.

Fine settimana all'insegna dell'amicizia tra diversi nuclei familiari. Ci siamo divertiti molto e ci siamo sentiti a casa. La villa, con i due appartamenti separati ha conciliato bene l'indipendenza dei singoli nuclei con la condivisione degli spazi comuni, in particolar modo il bel salone dell'appartamento superiore. Il soggiorno ha funzionato molto bene e tutti sono rimasti contenti. Il lago non è lontano a piedi anche se la passeggiata (20' circa) si snoda lungo le strade e non è proprio rilassante. Un aspetto che, invece, ci è parso non ottimale riguarda forniture e servizi. Alcune scelte (wi-fi, mobilio, luci e lampade in particolare) sono sembrate dettate dalla volontà di minimizzare l'investimento più che ricercare il comfort degli ospiti. La comunicazione con l'host è stata, per contro, impeccabile.

The house is ok, lots of space for a large family and as it looks in the photos. You have to pick up keys at a different location which isn't particularly convenient if you dont have a car. Its about a 20min walk from salo restaurants/shops. Overall an ok stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Alberti war super! Leider stimmt die Angabe zum kurzen Fußweg bis zum See nicht ganz. Dennoch ist er zu Fuß in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreicht. Zum Baden empfehlen wir dennoch mit einem Auto zu einem der nahegelegenen Badestränden zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La villa, con i due appartamenti separati ha conciliato bene l'indipendenza dei singoli nuclei con la condivisione degli spazi comuni, in particolar modo il bel salone dell'appartamento superiore. Il soggiorno ha funzionato molto bene e tutti sono rimasti contenti. Il lago non è lontano a piedi anche se la passeggiata (20' circa) si snoda lungo le strade e non è proprio rilassante. Un aspetto che, invece, ci è parso non ottimale riguarda forniture e servizi. Alcune scelte (wi-fi, mobilio, luci e lampade in particolare) sono sembrate dettate dalla volontà di minimizzare l'investimento più che ricercare il comfort degli ospiti. La comunicazione con l'host è stata, per contro, impeccabile.

The house is ok, lots of space for a large family and as it looks in the photos. You have to pick up keys at a different location which isn't particularly convenient if you dont have a car. Its about a 20min walk from salo restaurants/shops. Overall an ok stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Alberti war super! Leider stimmt die Angabe zum kurzen Fußweg bis zum See nicht ganz. Dennoch ist er zu Fuß in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreicht. Zum Baden empfehlen wir dennoch mit einem Auto zu einem der nahegelegenen Badestränden zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
