The vibrant resort centre of Chamonix is easily reachable on foot. Geneva International airport is 70 minutes’ drive away. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

We stayed at Mara's place for 5 nights in July 2023. The place is a bit old and kitchen is small and lacks some facilities (extractor hood). Wifi also was not working, we tried to contact Happy Rentals to no avail. But it is clean, very well located and simply very good for hiking trip to Chamonix.

Ce logement, l'un des moins chers, offrait un parking gratuit, ce qui nous a convaincus de le réserver malgré ses imperfections. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que le canapé-lit était cassé. En posant les matelas au sol, nous avons constaté qu'ils étaient sales. En manipulant les tapis, de la poussière et des saletés se sont dispersées. L'aspirateur, en mauvais état, fonctionnait à peine. Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à l'entreprise de gestion, qui est intervenue en urgence le lendemain pour réparer le canapé-lit. Cependant, la soudure effectuée ne nous inspirait pas confiance, car elle avait déjà cédé auparavant. Nous serions prêts à relouer ce logement si le propriétaire investissait dans un nouveau canapé-lit, un micro-ondes, un aspirateur et deux nouveaux matelas. De plus, le Wi-Fi n'était pas disponible, ce qui pourrait décevoir d'autres clients.

Logement fonctionnel, à proximité des arrêts de bus et commerces. Bon rapport qualité prix Cependant le ménage laissait à désirer et le logement difficile à trouver malgré de nombreuses explications proposées. Le monsieur de l’agence ne savait pas situer l’appartement et ne parlait pas bien français. Hôte réactive pour la réservation, un peu moins une fois rentrés dans l’appartement.

OK place for a couple of nights. Keep in mind the apartment is next to a supermarket, so every night at 5 there's a truck with delivery which is clearly hearable. Other than that we had a good stay. Big plus is the parking lot in the basement (1.85m height restriction).
