Great place and Marco on hand and super responsive to help with a few things we needed. Recommend using the new lockers at the main ticket office, really good new facility and saves the short walk up the hill in the morning (but there is a boot room at the apartment if you prefer to ski back in to the door). ❤️Livigno!

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, wir haben es genossen mit den Skiern bis vor die Haustüre zu fahren. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gemütliches. Es war super ,dass es 2 Toiletten & 2 Duschen hatte, sowie einen eigenen Skiraum. Es ist ideal mit Kindern, sie können schön vor der Haustür spielen.

Nice, calm place to stay. The accommodation is close to the city centre with shops and restaurants but we didn't hear any noise in the evening. It is very close to the ski lifts and you can slide from the slope directly to the house. We can recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay in Livigno. It was great to only walk a round 100 m to the lift in the morning and be able to ski to the front door in the afternoon. Everything was nearby. Marco was a great host. Very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, die Fußgängerzone befindet sich praktisch vor dem Haus. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über ein kleines Hof mit Bänken und einem Trampolin. Die Aussicht ist einerseits auf die Fußgängerzone und auf der anderen Seite auf die Berge und die Skipiste. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt zwei Badezimmer und ein Balkon mit Morgensonne. Der einzelne Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit, wir haben das Geschirr vor dem Gebrauch selber abgewaschen. Es gibt auch genug Schränke für Klamotten, Lebensmittel und weiteres. Ideal für 4 Personen.

Logement fonctionnel et disposant de l'essentiel. Situé légèrement a l'entrée du village, il est idéalement situé. Le retour peut se faire ski aux pieds (petit passage en hors piste) mais le départ doit se faire par la route. Il est possible de démarrer ski au pied, à condition de remonter la pente située à l'arrière. Je l'ai fait, cela demande un petit peu de condition physique, mais c'est réalisable.
