Great unit location, very centrally located in the heart of the village. Unit was clean and had everything as described, we had a comfortable stay. For those driving, allocated parking with the unit is a bonus (and much needed in Charmonix). We had a great dinner at the Rose du Pont (just mins away).

Mark’s place was a beautiful stay! Located in the heart of Chamonix, you were steps away from restaurants, bars, and local shopping. The balcony views were breathtaking and the room was spotless. Picking up the keys to check in is slightly complicated if you are dragging your luggage around with you, as the key pick up spot is a 10 minute walk from the room. Regardless, I would 100% recommend staying here!

Nous avons un excellent séjour en famille ,logement en plein centre tres pratique pour aller se balader en ville et aller au restsans devoir prendre sa voiture,seul bémol le bip du portail du parking a été perdu par les anciens locataire donc nous n'avons pa pu nous garer sur le parking de l'appartement mais un autre parking nous a eté proposé gratuitement, ce qui a rattrapé ce désagrément. Je recommande sans hésitation et je penses quon y retournera cet eté.

The kitchen has everything we need. -got a bottle of wine as complimentary. (-) : - you have to get the key from different building (the agent’s office) - as a first timer in chamonix, it’s not easy to find the way to the parking lot from the office. the pictures given is not helping at all especially when you arrived late. We suggest you make an instruction video.

Studio très bien situé en plein centre de Chamonix avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc et l'Aiguille du Midi. Très ensoleillé pendant la journée avec petite terrasse bien aménagée. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre sur les pistes est à 200m de l'appartement. Le studio est assez grand avec un coin repas, cuisine neuve et très bien équipée. Au niveau couchage : canapé lit et lit d'appoint. Salle de bain relativement grande. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes, petit pour un couple avec enfant. J'ai eu un soucis avec la télé et le lit d'appoint et l'agence de location Happy Rentals a été relativement réactive pour faire venir un technicien.

الموقع جميل جداً ومميز والشقة رائعة ونظيفة ، إلا ان إجراءات الحصول على المفتاح مزعجة جداً وآمل إيجاد حل أفضل من المعمول به في الوضع الراهن حيث يجب علي ان اقوم بالبحث عن موقف للسيارة وتدفع ثمن الموقف ومن ثم الذهاب الى موقع استلام المفتاح مشياً على الاقدام ومن ثم الرجوع الى السيارة و التوجه الى الشقة وعند تسجيل الخروج يجب عمل نفس خطوات السابقة.

Emplacement super en plein cœur du village de Chamonix. Près de tous les restos et boutiques. Gare et Aiguille du midi. Appartement rénové identique aux photos. Pas très grand. Bémol: l’endroit où aller chercher les clés chez Happy Services est caché au centre d’une zone piétonnière très compliqué. Eu du mal à trouver exactement l’endroit où stationner notre voiture. Eu aucun contact avec l’Hôte ni à l’arrivée et au départ. Mise à part ces petites contrariétés l’ endroit est magnifique.

I liked that the property was in the centre of Chamonix, which made it very accessible to the Main Street, supermarkets and restaurants. This is particularly ideal on rainy days as it means less walking. The main attractions ie cable cars, alpine coaster, and bus stops were pretty close by. The kitchen and equipment were excellent. I really can’t fault this. We decided to make use of the kitchen and cook stew. The view from the property was pretty spectacular. It was also surprisingly warm, and sound-proofed from the outside street.

المضيفة ودودة لكن التجاوب لديها متأخر قليلا حيث ان اكثر من يزور المنطقة اول مرة لا يعرف نظامها ابدا وتحتاج تعاونها قليلا لا يوجد سرير نوم فقط كنبة وعليك فتحها بنفسك مما تسبب لك التعب والارهاق وتحت الكنبه اتساخ كبير الاطلاله جميلة جدا والموقع جميل لو يتم توفير سرير نوم مستقل والاهتمام بالنظافة ستكون اقامة جيدة

La ubicación es perfecta, esta en pleno centro de Chamonix, se puede ir andando a todas partes. Tiene una terraza cómoda que da a la calle principal. La cocina esta muy nueva. Unas vistas muy bonitas. La cama era cómoda a pesar de ser un sofá. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento.

Great unit location, very centrally located in the heart of the village. Unit was clean and had everything as described, we had a comfortable stay. For those driving, allocated parking with the unit is a bonus (and much needed in Charmonix). We had a great dinner at the Rose du Pont (just mins away).

Mark’s place was a beautiful stay! Located in the heart of Chamonix, you were steps away from restaurants, bars, and local shopping. The balcony views were breathtaking and the room was spotless. Picking up the keys to check in is slightly complicated if you are dragging your luggage around with you, as the key pick up spot is a 10 minute walk from the room. Regardless, I would 100% recommend staying here!

Nous avons un excellent séjour en famille ,logement en plein centre tres pratique pour aller se balader en ville et aller au restsans devoir prendre sa voiture,seul bémol le bip du portail du parking a été perdu par les anciens locataire donc nous n'avons pa pu nous garer sur le parking de l'appartement mais un autre parking nous a eté proposé gratuitement, ce qui a rattrapé ce désagrément. Je recommande sans hésitation et je penses quon y retournera cet eté.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Chamonix. Noemi was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Apartment is fully equipped and has a great view of the Mont Blanc. Can be a bit noisy in the morning if windows open, but not a problem when windows shut! We had a great stay!

(+) -good location, the view is perfect. near the restaurants, shops, station, bus stop. Best area. -match the description & quite clean. The kitchen has everything we need. -got a bottle of wine as complimentary. (-) : - you have to get the key from different building (the agent’s office) - as a first timer in chamonix, it’s not easy to find the way to the parking lot from the office. the pictures given is not helping at all especially when you arrived late. We suggest you make an instruction video.

Studio très bien situé en plein centre de Chamonix avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc et l'Aiguille du Midi. Très ensoleillé pendant la journée avec petite terrasse bien aménagée. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre sur les pistes est à 200m de l'appartement. Le studio est assez grand avec un coin repas, cuisine neuve et très bien équipée. Au niveau couchage : canapé lit et lit d'appoint. Salle de bain relativement grande. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes, petit pour un couple avec enfant. J'ai eu un soucis avec la télé et le lit d'appoint et l'agence de location Happy Rentals a été relativement réactive pour faire venir un technicien.

الموقع جميل جداً ومميز والشقة رائعة ونظيفة ، إلا ان إجراءات الحصول على المفتاح مزعجة جداً وآمل إيجاد حل أفضل من المعمول به في الوضع الراهن حيث يجب علي ان اقوم بالبحث عن موقف للسيارة وتدفع ثمن الموقف ومن ثم الذهاب الى موقع استلام المفتاح مشياً على الاقدام ومن ثم الرجوع الى السيارة و التوجه الى الشقة وعند تسجيل الخروج يجب عمل نفس خطوات السابقة.

Emplacement super en plein cœur du village de Chamonix. Près de tous les restos et boutiques. Gare et Aiguille du midi. Appartement rénové identique aux photos. Pas très grand. Bémol: l’endroit où aller chercher les clés chez Happy Services est caché au centre d’une zone piétonnière très compliqué. Eu du mal à trouver exactement l’endroit où stationner notre voiture. Eu aucun contact avec l’Hôte ni à l’arrivée et au départ. Mise à part ces petites contrariétés l’ endroit est magnifique.

I liked that the property was in the centre of Chamonix, which made it very accessible to the Main Street, supermarkets and restaurants. This is particularly ideal on rainy days as it means less walking. The main attractions ie cable cars, alpine coaster, and bus stops were pretty close by. The kitchen and equipment were excellent. I really can’t fault this. We decided to make use of the kitchen and cook stew. The view from the property was pretty spectacular. It was also surprisingly warm, and sound-proofed from the outside street.

المضيفة ودودة لكن التجاوب لديها متأخر قليلا حيث ان اكثر من يزور المنطقة اول مرة لا يعرف نظامها ابدا وتحتاج تعاونها قليلا لا يوجد سرير نوم فقط كنبة وعليك فتحها بنفسك مما تسبب لك التعب والارهاق وتحت الكنبه اتساخ كبير الاطلاله جميلة جدا والموقع جميل لو يتم توفير سرير نوم مستقل والاهتمام بالنظافة ستكون اقامة جيدة

Location was convenient to city center. Based on photos, we expected a more modern place (this was our honeymoon stay) but were a bit disappointed.
