Erg fijne ruimte voor ons gezin met alle gemakken voorhanden. Het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar. We waren er slechts 3 dagen maar hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. In het dorpjes helaas geen bakker waardoor we iedere dag een stukje moesten rijden. Geen groot probleem natuurlijk, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

We stayed for four nights and we loved it! There are 9 beds in total, and one is a double bed, more than enough for us. Three bathrooms but one is a bathtub and does not have a curtain. The kitchen is well equipped with pans, pots, utensils, and a dishwasher, washing machine is in the apartment. Hot water and heating worked well. Location is great, three minutes from Montroc Le Planet train station. Unfortunately no supermarkets nearby, need to go to Argentiere or Chamonix for groceries. The apartment is in the first floor, entrance is from outside, and the building is at the very back in the apartment complex. You will see the apartment name at the door (not a person's name). We called the host when we could not find the location, they were very responsive.

The property was in a fantastic location, with great views of the mountains including Mont Blanc from the balcony. It was great for us as a group of friends with multiple beds. It was clean and pretty well equipped. You also get a free train pass for your stay which with the station 5 mins walk away was very useful.

View from location amazing. Safe, underground car park. Great selection of games. Welcome drinks. Lots of kitchen gadgets and utensils. Dishes filthy. No soap/shampoo in bathrooms. Cannot call host - only message- contrary to instructions. Host is a company not a real person and forwards you to other teams when you have a problem. Furniture worn out and covered with throw. WiFi unusable. Team blamed provider but it’s their responsibility to change provider. Ending using and finishing own data. Hot water runs out for occupants. Support team has no real solutions to issues. Requested extra money for what is considered standard cleaning elsewhere. Expected us to do more than the instructions stated.

Unfortunately, during your stay the wifi had issues from the provider hence we could not help with it. We stayed here as two families (6 adults and two children) and had a wonderful time. The house is well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is fantastic, being so close to the train and bus stations, and the transport cards provided were a great bonus. We loved experiencing the snowy weather in Montroc while it rained in Chamonix, making our Christmas stay truly magical. The hosts were very responsive and answered our questions quickly.
