Perfect house in a quiet street just 200–300 meters from the beach. Beautiful green lawn, well-maintained territory, and a cozy atmosphere. The house is in excellent condition — clean, spacious, and comfortable. On the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, and office. Upstairs: four bedrooms, all with A/C. A big bonus is the separate guest house with its own kitchen and bedroom — great for visitors or privacy. The yard has space for several cars and electric gates. There's also a lovely terrace with a retractable roof — perfect for sun or rain. The hosting team was discreet and respectful — even during check-out they waited until we left without rushing us. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful and comfortable stay near the sea!

We had a lovely stay at Leonardo's house. Great location, a block of the beach and restaurants. Nicely furnished, wonderful kitchen and the extra house in the back of the garden is a huge plus in case you have someone in your party who prefers a bit more privacy. We had couple small issues with the AC and the hot water at the beginning but Giancarlo responded right away and fixed the problem. We would highly recommend Leonardo's house for families and friends for an awesome beach vacation. Thank you!

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende top Die Villa ist ein Juwel, komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir sind zu Zehnt gereist, jeder konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Trotz des schlechten Wetter haben wir die Zeit genutzt und sind von La Spezia über Lucca bis nach Pisa zum Seightseeing Kommen bestimmt wieder

Tolles, grosszügiges Haus in ruhigem Quartier. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren zu sechst da, es hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Gästehaus haben wir nicht benutzt. Auf dem Areal hat es sicher 3 Parkplätze. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Haus war sauber👍🏻. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Victor mit drei Generationen verbracht – und es war insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist top: modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage zum Strand ist hervorragend – in wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer. Für größere Einkäufe oder Ausflüge ins Zentrum ist ein Auto notwendig, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Einziger Kritikpunkt bleibt die Müllentsorgung. Obwohl wir uns an den offiziellen Abfuhrplan gehalten haben, blieb zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts eine größere Menge Müll zurück, die wir selbst entsorgen mussten. Mit vollgepacktem Auto noch nach Entsorgungsstellen zu suchen – gerade bei Hitze und unangenehmen Gerüchen – hat den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt. Wir können die Villa trotzdem weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien und Gruppen. Allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, dass das Management die Müllregelung überdenkt, um zukünftigen Gästen dieses Problem zu ersparen und das Urlaubserlebnis vollständig positiv zu gestalten.

Hübsche Villa, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Der Garten bietet Platz zum Entspannen. Zimmer alle hübsch ausgestattet, ausreichend Bäder. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Spielzeug für die Kinder. Die Mitarbeiter von Happy Rentals waren sehr nett und bemüht, leider teilweise war die Organisation etwas chaotisch (Schlüsselübergabe, Absprachen).

Mit vollgepacktem Auto noch nach Entsorgungsstellen zu suchen – gerade bei Hitze und unangenehmen Gerüchen – hat den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt. Wir können die Villa trotzdem weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien und Gruppen. Allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, dass das Management die Müllregelung überdenkt, um zukünftigen Gästen dieses Problem zu ersparen und das Urlaubserlebnis vollständig positiv zu gestalten.

Hübsche Villa, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Der Garten bietet Platz zum Entspannen. Zimmer alle hübsch ausgestattet, ausreichend Bäder. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Spielzeug für die Kinder. Die Mitarbeiter von Happy Rentals waren sehr nett und bemüht, leider teilweise war die Organisation etwas chaotisch (Schlüsselübergabe, Absprachen).

Great area of Italy with fabulous beach clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Also, designer shops are a short drive away.
