Ho trascorso una settimana splendida in questo alloggio. L'appartamento è accogliente, ben curato e pulito, dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa propria. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e a piedi si raggiungono facilmente i luoghi d’interesse nei dintorni. Il personale dell'agenzia che gestisce l'affitto è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, Parkmöglichkeiten, inkl. der privaten Garage (Einzelgarage) sind vorhanden. Mit der WLAN (Wi-Fi) Verbindung in der Wohnung hat es problemlos funktioniert. Mit Ausnahme von ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die bis zur nächsten Feriensaison bestimmt verbessert werden können (Duschkopf, schleifende Balkontür, wackelige Wäschetrockner) , waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut: bis zum Meer ist nur 10 Minuten zur Fuß, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe reichlich. Der Service vom lokalen Team (Büro Happy.Rentals) war auch hervorragend. Man hat frühzeitig alle Informationen zu der Wohnung und ausführliche Details zum Check-in per WhatsApp und per E-Mail erhalten, deshalb waren die Ein- und Abreise stressfrei.

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in un appartamento di "casa Arno". L'appartamento si è presentato sin da subito accogliente, ordinato e profumato (che non è un dettaglio di poco conto). Cucina attrezzata, stoviglie, posate, piatti tazze e bicchieri, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Una sala luminosa ed un bel balcone ad L con la splendida vista delle Alpi Apuane (meravigliose). Bagno ampio pulito ed ordinato, lo stesso vale per la camera da letto. Nel complesso la palazzina è molto tranquilla, (il giardino che la contorna è splendidamente tenuto da un simpatico signore che ogni mattina ci lasciava grandi sorrisi, sopratutto per la nostra piccola di 3 anni) tutte persone molto discrete, e di notte si riposava molto bene. Una posizione davvero ottima, per la spiaggia ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi, una piacevole passeggiata ed in un'attimo si arriva alla spiaggia pubblica di sabbia fine,tenuta benissimo, non enorme ma mai affollata (almeno nella prima settimana di agosto).

The apartment is located inside a compound. It felt quite safe and secure. There are restaurants and shops close by and the beaches are a short walk away as well. The apartment is well maintained and covers basic necessities. All rooms have an AC and the wifi covers the whole apartment. The staff is friendly, helpful and even available in case of issues or problems.

Leonardo gave very clear instructions for getting into the apartment, which had a convenient location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. However it was lacking amenities that are common in AirBnBs such as hand soap, washing machine detergent, and basic cooking supplies (salt and oil).
