Guter Startpunkt für Radtouren rund um den Lago Maggiore. Kommunikation unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick über Lago. Etwas wenig Küchenausrüstung (zum Beispiel kein Schneidebrett oder Müslischüssel …). WLAN nur gegen Aufpreis von 5 Franken am Tag nicht zeitgemäß.

We used the accomodation mainly for sleeping after very long day of hiking. The accomodation was totally enough for us as a big family with small kids. There is a beautiful view on the lake and mountains around. The whole house is poorly soundproofed however this is normal for this kind of houses and the age of the house in Switzerland.

Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings. Kitchen with fridge / freezer was great. Coffee machine was also good. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for all luggage 👍

Fernseher, Wlan wurden laut Beschreibung versprochen, funktionierten aber nicht. Auf dem CheckIn Blatt standen drei Nummern, die laut Angaben jeder Zeit erreichbar sein sollten. Wir wurden erst nach drei Tagen via SMS zurück kontaktiert. Die Antwort war verständnislos und keine Hilfe. Des weiteren war die Küche schlecht ausgestattet (nicht mal ein Nudelsieb!) und mehrere Geräte auch defekt. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr schön, vor allem sauber und die Lage gut. Sehr laute Nachbarn! Aber das steht auch in der Beschreibung.

The view from the living room is nice. The location is good to visit several places in Ticino, like Locarno and Lugano. You can also walk to a small beach nearby. The off-road parking spot is very handy.

Séjour agréable, même si le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au niveau selon moi. Le logement manque d'un certain nombre d'équipements (notamment dans la cuisine), et la qualité globale de l'appartement ne justifie pas le prix payé pour la semaine
