Расположено в центре города, в пешеходной зоне. Не очень удобно заносить багаж, если его много. В остальном все хорошо. Все необходимое на первое время есть. Предоставили коляску для ребенка. Есть место для сушки одежды. Ребята быстро реагируют на просьбы, во всем помогают. Управляется объект - хорошей командой!

Das beste an diesem Apartment ist die zentrale Lage, bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber durchdacht, sodass nichts Fehlen sollte. Das Einzelbett befindet sich in einer Art Waschkammer und eignet sich alleine als Schlafplatz, nicht als Aufenthaltsraum. Die Küche ist alltagstauglich, nicht nur zum Warmmachen. Es gibt sogar einige Brett- und Kartenspiele. Im Erdgeschoss war Platz um unsere 3 MTB abzustellen.

Das Appartement war super, alles so wie auf den Fotos. Es war sauber und es gab sogar einen kleinen Willkommensgruß. Es gab sogar ein Glätteisen und auch einen Ventilator und Wäscheständer. Parken konnten wir in einer überwachten Parkgarage. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber in der Nacht hat es dann auch abgekühlt. Die Lage war top. Die Kommunikation war super, wir konnten sogar viel früher einchecken als geplant und als es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser gab, war in 5 Minuten jemand bei uns (es war 19:20) und hat es repariert. Würde wieder hinfahren.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, ist sauber und entspricht prinzipiell der Beschreibung. Sie ist aber doch recht dunkel und abends wirds oft laut von der Straße.

Meget fin beliggenhed, og god lejlighed i to etager med et lille ekstra rum halvvejs oppe ad trappen. Fin rummelig entre (dog meget få og meget små knager til overtøj). I det lille ekstra rum er der en enkeltseng, dog er der en del larm fra fyret og ude fra gaden for den person, der sover her! Køkken/alrum med sovesofa var en del mindre end det indtryk, man får, når man kigger på billederne hjemmefra:-( Der var en mærkelig møbel anretning, som tog rigtig meget plads. Og man ligger ekstremt dårligt i sovesofaen. Vi var nødt til at lægge madrassen fra sovesofaen ned på gulvet for at kunne få sovet bare nogenlunde ordentligt... Køkkenet er meget fint og rart med opvaskemaskine:-) Badeværelsesdøren larmer rigtig meget, når den åbnes og lukkes:-( Vi boede fem personer i lejligheden, hvilet gik fint, bortset fra ovenstående kritikpunkter.

Leider war die Wohnung kleiner als erwartet, was auf den Bildern nicht gut einsehbar war. Außerdem gab es Scherben auf der Treppe wodurch meine Mama sich verletzte. Füße und Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit laufen bereits schwarz. Für 206€ Reinigungsgebühr leider nicht akzeptabel. Außerdem hatte wir 4 Tage (Sonntag bis Mittwoch) kein warmes Wasser. Erst beim dritten Versuch, jemanden zu erreichen hat endlich jemand reagiert. Dafür gab es jedoch eine kleine Entschädigung . Lage der Wohnung war jedoch Top! 🔝

The location is great in the beautiful center of Riva with access to private parking. The bric-a-brac interior matched description. Check in at 17 is late compared w other abnb and the price for cleaning ridicously high - you’d expect a shining clean apt but there was dust under bed/sofa and smelly black mould in the bathroom/shower. Cancellation and refund policy not flexible.
