Thank you for making our family holiday experience at the Residence Eden Magnolia 19+15+14 a memorable one in August 2014. From the start to finish the booking facilities were simple and the assistance plus the information given by Lydia were exceptional. All three apartments were as described on your website with wonderful views of Lake Como from the balcony. Parking our two large vans was easy and safe. Thank you for the champagne which we were able to enjoy on our boat trip, hired from Centro Nautico Lario di Turati based in Argegno. The boat hire people were very friendly & the cost was very reasonable for one hour hire around the lake. The restaurants in Argegno village were all wonderful. As there were 16 family members including kids The Ristorante la Piazzetta were able to accommodate us with a beautiful table outside on the courtyard overlooking the lake serving awesome pizzas. Ristorante Barchetta service & food was good especially Risotto with wild mushrooms & homemade Tiramisu. The Hotel Villa Belvedere restaurant on the lake was a little expensive but well worth the view & the 5star service. Also our 10 minute walk down to Argegno village everyday was made special in the morning due to fresh bakery in the village & in the evening having various flavours of Gelato ice-cream.

Thank you for your recommendation and a wonderful holiday, the apartment and complex were very good. I Thought the secure parking was excellent although it was very tight to get in the garage. The pool could have been cleaned a little bit more regularly and the hot & cold taps in the shower were connected the wrong way round! Kind regards

Great location, spacious apartment, pool is fabulous, terrace is huge and well equipped but despite the listing... * there is NO aircon in the apartment (they have now changed their website listing!) * check-in tells you that WiFi is on a dongle that needs collecting from Menaggio and is limited to 10 euros. We then discovered there IS WiFi in this building but it's never worked in this apartment * the kitchen is NOT well-equipped. We eventually got a working microwave but it took 4 days. There are 2 rings and loads of pans that are too big to use on them. No corkscrew to be found, or scissors! All in, if we had known about these before we rented we wouldn't have chosen this place, however, if you're aware and happy then it's a great apartment in a fantastic location. The staff er dealt with at the office were also polite and welcoming. They offered us a generous refund but we are still chasing them for payment of it, 3 weeks later.
