Surrounded by twenty hectares of green land with lots of relaxation area, the holiday retreat is ideal for spending some peaceful time close to nature and greenery. There is also a sitting area at the entrance of the house with an al-fresco setup is the perfect spot to celebrate good times with family and friends. A few steps from the house is a pool (dimension: 6 x 12 meters; depth:1.40-2.20 meters) with a paved solarium and a heated shower which is shared by four other residences in the complex. The stone-paved living room blends together classical décor with modern amenities. A large flat-screen TV and a comfy sofa set create an inviting space to chill out and relax. The kitchen-diner can be accessed through an arched wall from the living space. The gorgeous open kitchen is equipped with dining setup, a drip coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a range cooker, an electric kettle, a fridge, a cooker hob and a toaster. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The elegant bedroom has a traditional double bed and a wardrobe. Location The house with an exclusive loggia is located in Chianti Classico, a region known for producing one of the best known and appreciated wines in the world. Wine tasting tours in this region is, therefore, quite popular among tourists. The Tuscan region is full of medieval cities, villages, castles and parish churches worth visiting. The house overlooks the beautiful Badia a Passignano, an ancient monastery dating back to the 9th century. San Casciano is about 12 minutes drive from the holiday home and offers plenty of options for cafes restaurants, kid-friendly parks, boutique shops, museum and gothic structures. The house is perfect for taking day trips to Florence (28km), Sienna (40km), San Gimignano (30km), and other nearby towns of cultural importance. The nearest bar and restaurant is 5 minutes’ drive from the house. There are also a number of golf courses at a short drive. Florence Airport is 40 kilometers and Pisa Airport is 82 kilometers from the house. The pool will be open from the 30th of March to the 31st of October, availability of the pool depends also on the weather conditions.
