This apartment was in a great location and had a beautiful view from the windows. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that it was not mentioned in the listing that we would have to go to a second location to pick up and drop off keys. It was only a 10 minute walk away but it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about picking up the keys with all our luggage and then dropping off the keys before starting our hike of the TMB. I wish that had been disclosed.

Incredibly centrally located and easy to find. The flat was exactly as described and provided us with the base we required for 10days. Would definitely recommend a stay here at any time of the year.

Logement très agréable et extrêmement bien situé en plein centre-ville tout en restant très calme. La configuration est pratique malgré les sous-pentes et la décoration très jolie. Faire un feu dans la cheminée centrale donne l’agréable impression d’être dans un petit chalet en plein centre ville ! Seuls points négatifs : le sol qui était sale et le canapé peu confortable. Si nous repassons à Chamonix nous retournerons volontiers dans ce logement très sympathique !

Séjour parfait!😊 La clé doit être aller chercher auprès de l’agence. L’appartement est très bien situé pour tout pouvoir faire à pied. Arrêt de bus (ski-bus) devant l’immeuble. Proposition: laisser quelques capsules à café et des bûches pour pouvoir faire un feu😉

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Chamonix. Bus stop across the street makes it easy between the bus station and the apartment. Bus #1. The lodging is on the 5th floor of a 4 floor elevator so you will need to carry luggage up one flight. The apartment is modern and cozy. It looks like the pictures. The fireplace is wood burning. The bedrooms were a good size but be aware if you are tall, the one bedroom and bath have lower ceilings. Neither were a problem for our group. The location is good with grocery store and many restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again.

O Apartamento parece um chalé na cobertura do prédio. Bastante aconchegante e limpo. A localização é perfeita, a limpeza ótima. Cozinha completa, mobilia confiortável. Foi revitalizado a pouco tempo. Ponto negativo apenas para a necessidade de um andar por escadas ( com malas pesadas isso é ruim) e da baixa altura do teto dos quartos (embora tenha sido declarado na descrição) Obrigado Thiago

Situato al centro di Chamonix, l'appartamento è ubicato all'ultimo piano dell'edificio e si presenta ben arredato, pulito e riscaldato. Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e la cucina spaziosa e attrezzata. Il check in ed il check out sono stati facili ed immediati grazie alle istruzioni ricevute prima dell'arrivo. Consigliato!

Really lovely apartment with a spacious and cosy living space. Would definitely recommend and go back! Location is great at the top of the main street and a short walk to a few of the cable cars. Communication is great, Noemi and the office were really quick at responding. To flag you have to go pick up/drop off the keys from the office which is about a 10min walk from the apartment.

This place is amazing! It’s quiet and we’ll equipped. It is EXTREMELY clean! Close to everything. Easy to adjust summer temps inside the unit with use of windows and skylights. Washing machine works well and clothes dried quickly in dry mountain weather. Of, note you do need to be able to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage. Not an issue for us 4 healthy non-disabled adults but keep this in mind. Also, one of the bedrooms has a sloping and low ceiling, again not an issue for us. But may be for some. If these aren’t an issue for your group, stay here! I can’t imagine a better place!

Modern and spacious attic appartment in the heart of Chamonix - very close to all services (shops, restaurants, train station, cable car...). Check-in and checkout without problems.

Lovely loft apartment which revolves around the kitchen and couch living space with the fireplace set between the two. It was a near location to the centre of the village. Also convenient to the bottom of the gondola that runs to Le Brevent skiing area and also beginner ski fields. The sun often hits Chamonix late morning and the location of one of the first areas to be in the sun striking the valley. Watch your head in the bedrooms as the loft ceiling is low in places. Good and long running hot water. I would stay here again. Strongly recommended for the family and social travellers that like a good sized living space.

The apartment has a beautiful view from the windows and skylights. It is very well situated with easy access to everything in Chamonix. The building is a little run down but the apartment is clean, well maintained and welcoming.

The location was really central and being on the top floor, you have nice views of Chamonix village. The flat also has an elevator which takes you almost to the front door, and lots of space for lounging around inside the flat. The flat is also beautifully decorated and has a nice chalet vibe with lots of wood despite having a modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk unter dem Dach, so dass man den Fahrstuhl ins 4 Og fahren konnte und dann eine kleine Treppe ins 5 Og führte. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Betten waren mir persönlich zu fest und bedurfte der Gewöhnung. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen super und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Super U ausgesprochen gut und nicht viel teurer als in Deutschland. Wir würden wieder kommen!

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect to visit the area. The photos were relatively accurate, however the bathrooms were more dated than the photos dipicated. We did love the quietness of the home, and the skylights and opened windows allowed for a great breeze through the flat.

L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinato. Molto accogliente e completo di tutti i servizi. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ricco di negozi che soddisfano ogni esigenza. Per una coppia, il rapporto qualità prezzo è discreto. Un po’ scomodo non avere un parcheggio privato o parcheggio vicino alla struttura gratuito.

Cons: The oven was broken and there was a fly infestation around the skylight over the dining table, which we couldn't reach. This meant tons of dead flies on the table, on the floor, in one of the beds, and rolled up in a "clean" towel. The host account holder is a rental company and communicating directly with local staff is impossible through the app. They asked repeatedly to text the local staff directly, in violation of Airbnb's terms of service. Also, there was no hand soap, no paper towels, no basics like salt, pepper, or oil in the kitchen, no laundry soap, and only one dishwasher pod. Pros: The apartment is very well decorated and looks just like the pictures. The location is great, and very convenient for getting around Chamonix. Notes: The apartment is on the top floor, so the bedroom ceilings are slanted and quite low. The elevator stops one floor below the apartment and you take stairs the rest of the way. Parking in one of the town garages is 21 Euro for 24 hours.
