The house is located on the 2nd floor without lift and consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, a large and habitable kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. At guests' disposal there is ONLY 1 private parking space inside the condominium and there is a paid public parking. Heating €10 per day The lakefront and the city center can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. Furthermore, a few steps away you will find the pier where various boats leave, ideal for visiting various places on the upper lake such as Salò (7 km) with its splendid lakefront and the new museum "MUSA", Gardone Riviera (5 km) with the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of Gabriele D'Annunzio, Gargnano (8 km), Limone sul Garda (10 km), or ferry by car with the ferry boat to reach the Veronese shore and discover for example the beauties of Peschiera del Garda (46 km) with its famous playground, Bardolino and the groppello DOC. Toscolano Maderno is located on a long promontory between the port of Toscolano and the cove of Maderno, at the foot of Monte Pizzocolo and Monte Castello di Gàino, which offer an enchanting panorama of the Italian lake and its beautiful surroundings. The surroundings offer various opportunities for hiking, trekking and mountain biking on the surrounding hills.

Wir haben 4 Tage (3 Nächte) in einer Gruppe von 8 Personen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top und der Gardasee ist im max. 5 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig jedoch sind ein paar Mängel zu benennen: Boden und Oberflächen wurden vor Wohnungsbezug nicht geputzt, Mängel in der Ausstattung der Küche(nicht ausreichend Geschirr für angegebenen 8 Personen) und fehlende Bettwäsche. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte zusammengewürfelt. Trotz der Mängel hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Sees.

Appartamento molto spazioso, comodo ai negozi e vicinissimo al Lago. Molto utile il parcheggio privato. Un apprezzamento allo staff, sempre disponibile e reperibile telefonicamente. Abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli giornate. Suggerisco una maggiore attenzione, nella pulizia dei bagni e una verifica degli scarichi della vasca ecc.

Pro: comunicazione chiara con l’host. Sistemazione semplice ma spaziosa, luminosa, pulita e in ordine. A poche centinaia di metri dal lago. Contro: forte odore nel vano scale del condominio. Sarebbe stata apprezzata un po’ di flessibilità negli orari di check in e check out. Nel complesso una buona esperienza. Grazie.

Muy amplio y luminoso departamento en segundo piso por escalera con jardín en la planta baja y una cochera. En general bien equipado pero sin aire acondicionado en ninguno de los ambientes. (Tampoco cuenta con lavarropas, lavavajillas ni horno de microondas). Muy recomendable para tiempo fresco pero no tanto en verano con temperaturas altas.

Ubytovanie je vo veľmi dobrej lokalite – všetko bolo blízko a prostredie bolo pokojné, čo sme veľmi ocenili. Apartmán je priestranný a vhodný pre väčšiu skupinu, bývalo sa nám tam celkom príjemne. Na druhej strane, má to aj svoje mínusy. Pre 8 ľudí je k dispozícii iba jedno parkovacie miesto, čo je počas sezóny veľký problém – voľné parkovanie v okolí sa hľadá ťažko. Apartmán je starší a hoci to samo o sebe neprekáža, fotky pôsobia lepšie než realita. Najväčším sklamaním bola kúpeľňa – sprchový kút nebol dostatočne čistý. Trochu nám chýbala aj práčka, keďže pri kúpaní by sa zišla na vypranie uterákov a plaviek. Celkovo však hodnotíme pobyt pozitívne, ubytovanie splnilo účel a užili sme si dovolenku.
