It is a very pleasant place to stay with beautiful surroundings and is within walking distance to the centre of Chamonix. The service of Mark and his colleagues are professional. A small issue was that it took us a while to find out how to enter the right apartment elevator through a specific link inside the basement car park. More detailed instructions would be helpful.

The instructions were clear and found the property with no issues; parking is plentiful and handy being in the centre of town. The hosts were always responsive. Check in was 4pm but we popped in the office at 2pm and were handed the keys which was a real bonus! The apartment is absolutely as described and was bigger than we expected; the balcony is a fantastic addition for evenings sat out. The apartment could do with a freshen up but it was spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable. Facilities were all good and we had everything we needed, some a tad dated but all in working order. The location is great; the bonus also being the apartment is on the river side so you don’t get as much noise from the bars as those overlooking the square but still have the beauty of such a central location in town with it being walkable everywhere. The bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again as we visit Cham several times a year.

La situación del apartamento es estupenda. El apartamento es cómodo y dotado de todo lo necesario. La atención fue muy buena en todo momento, además se nos olvidó una maleta en el alojamiento en el viaje de regreso y nos lo solucionaron fácilmente, nos la enviaron a casa.

Logement conforme, tres agréable et convivial pour 3 adultes et un enfant. Toutefois, je ne conseil pas a un adulte de dormir sur le lit superposé, cela me semblait tres fragile deja pour ma fille de 6ans, il faudrait revoir cela.

This is such a convenient location. We were there for three nights, to do two days skiing, so wanted everything on the doorstep. The bus transfer from Geneva airport drops you right in town then it’s a 5-minute walk. Ski hire shop a few minutes away, shops eateries etc all nearby. Then just a walk back to the bus stop to get the local bus to the nearby slopes. Accommodation was perfect for three of us, one double and bunks (top a little tight, I’m 6’2” and drew the short straw – not the best of ladders to get up but OK with care). Overall though the apartment had everything needed for a short stay. Left the skis on the balcony overnight. We will definitely use again. Thank you Mark (and for the wine, nice touch!).

Apartamento coqueto en el "centro" de Chamonix, en una plazita muy tranquila, supermercado al lado y la calle centrica a dos pasos. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos días entre amigos y disfrutar de la montaña. es una gozada abrir la ventan y ver el Montblanc. Los anfitriones son muy majos, siempre con una sonrisa y predispuestos. servicios cercanos de lavandería y una consigna en un estanco cercano para el ultimo día. El precio esta mas que ajustado a lo que hemos visto y sin duda que volveremos y de ser asi, contactaremos con ellos.

We enjoyed our stay despite the extra cold weather. if you plan to cook, please note there are zero spices including salt, in the flat. also no freezer. lovely view and a beautiful town.

Great location, very central and close to ski area bus stops. The apartment had everything you could need and communication with Paula was good with very quick responses. We had an issue with lack of hot water and this was sorted out very quickly. Would recommend for a cost effective, no hassle and central stay in chamonix.

Felt like home. Chamonix holiday and ski trip. My son and i arrived during the day and was able to check in and collect the keys from the office downstairs. This property was ideally situated, my son rented his skis from a rental in the same square. Supermarket, Restaurants, bakeries, cafes in the square or a few minutes walk away. We skied at Les Planards a short walk away and jumped on a free 10 minutes bus ride to Les Houches, the skiing and snow walking was great there. This apartment is perfect for everything you want to do in the valley. The beds/pillows were very comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. i even cooked a christmas dinner. The property is on the 4th floor and has fantastic views from the balcony of the river and mountains on both sides. And you could smell log fires burning in the valley. There are loads of thick blankets to wrap yourself up in on the sofa. The shower was warm enough. The Wifi is slow but we managed to stream. i will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! The view of the Glaser was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main streets, making it convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was cozy and easy to find, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great choice for our family of 4 (parents + 2 littles). No Cooling on the A/C but we popped the windows open and it was more than fine. Great space and very walkable to all things Chamonix

Perfect location in Chamonix. Lovely views from the balcony. Really close to the centre for restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the lifts and train. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow, you need to take a lot of care! The bedroom with the bunks has a skylight but no window and its very small. Noise travels from the adjacent apartments. In higher seasons it might be quite noisy.

So glad we stayed here! The accommodation was exactly was described. They provided helpful and clear arrival instructions which made everything easy for us. We arrived very late at night but we just grabbed our keys from the lockbox no problem. Was nice to have that flexibility. Location is perfect and the view from the deck is unbeatable.

I had an amazing stay at Noemi’s place. Perfect location in the center of Chamonix with view on Mt Blanc. Noemi’s team has been very accommodating to help me manage last minute holdups when checking out. Highly recommended !

Overall a good stay. In a great location everything is a few minutes away and having the free parking was essential! Only complaint is that the elevator was down due to water damage so we had to walk up 4 floors with our luggage.

The flat had comfy beds , was warm and hot water with the shower . We had to ask a top shelf be dusted as this hadnt been done for weeks .Also we asked the light in the small bedroom did not work and we asked it be fixed as it was very dark . This wasnt done . There were nice touches though ..packs in kitchen with washing up , j cloth and dishwasher tab , and in the bathroom soap shampoo etc . Also nice touch bottle of wine on arrival . Thanks Mark . Just to point out extractor not working in bathroom and oven door broken but otherwise this is a nice flat .

Fin og rummelig lejlighed til 4 personer. Rent og pænt og meget centralt. Fint udstyret. Man skal kunne sove i støj fra den brusende flod, hvis man skal bo i lejligheden og gerne vil sove med åbent vindue. Vi savnede forudgående info om, at der var mulighed for at bære bagagen op direkte til trappeopgangen fra parkeringskælderen. Vi vender gerne tilbage til lejligheden en anden gang.

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better! It’s close to the mountain (great for skiers), right next to a grocery store, a short walk away from the cutest bakery, close to the laundromat, and within walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Above all, it’s around the corner from the bus stops - both the local and the tour buses, which was convenient with ski stuff! The apartment itself felt safe and private, and has a great view from the balcony. I wouldn’t recommend booking this apartment if you want to work remotely, though. The wifi was very slow, and none of us ended up using it, until we found that it was faster in only the bathroom… Most of the dishes weren’t clean when we got there either, so we had to rewash them before use. The beds were all comfortable, except the trundle bed in the couch. Other than that, the location, again, was great, and the management company was responsive, professional, and helpful, and their office is close by!

The apartment was very well located and highly functional (e.g., good sleeping options, equipped kitchen, etc). However please be aware that no bed sheets or towels were provided, which presented some challenges for us.

The place was clean and fit us very well but there were a few things that can be improved. The listing is in a long term hotel called the Balme Hotel. The person that listed the Airbnb does not appear to be the same person managing the property. My questions were often redirected to the local office who was difficult to reach since they were often closed when they should be open and did not answer the phone. They only provided one roll of toilet paper and one key. The Wi-Fi exists but it is so slow that you can’t use it and often disconnects itself. The hot water stopped working on the last day and the host didn’t do anything about it.
