Guests can dine and socialize while admiring the placid lake views. The view is calming and pleasant.   The villa is divided into three stories. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area and fireplace. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the basement, there is another bedroom, a bathroom, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna. Guests can relax, unwind and de-stress during their stay here.   The lake-view living room opens into the terrace. Inside the room, there is a sofa, a TV, a dining setup for 8. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob and a fridge.   Sleeping   First Floor   Bedroom 1: The room with gorgeous views of the sea has a balcony. It is furnished with a double bed, a TV and a wardrobe. There is an attached bathroom.   Bedroom 2: The charming room with two single beds and an en-suite facility has a distinct vibe. This manmade lake is only 10 kilometers from the villa.   The town of Gargnano is about 9 kilometers from the villa and is known for its wide beaches and ancient alleys. It hosts a number of events during the year including the Gragnano Jazz concert. There are many historical churches and villas worth exploring. Guests can take a boat ride to the eastern shores of Lake Garda from here.
