This two-bedroom apartment on the second floor in Lugano offers a refreshingly beautiful accommodation to stay and explore the various attractions of the lake town. There are a few restaurants, shops and supermarkets within 5-10 minutes’ drive by car. The biggest attraction of the place is of course, the blissful Lake Lugano. It is possible to rent a boat and experience the lake from up-close. There are also numerous parks and promenades along the lake that allow tourists to soak in its beauty. Those looking to catch an even more splendid view of the lake and the landscape should take the funicular or hike to the summit and catch the rare sight of the panoramic vistas from Monte San Salvatore. Another such expedition could be to the Monte Bre summit which is often touted as Switzerland’s sunniest mountain. The lake town of Lugano is also rich in history and culture. It has many Renaissance and Baroque churches, convents, palazzos and squares worth visiting. One such monument is San Lorenzo Cathedral (6 minutes), a 16th-century Romanesque building overlooking the lake and the mountains around it. Guests can also visit picturesque villages like that of Bre and Gandria to enjoy the region and its authentic pleasures better. There are also a number of museums across the town that retell the story of Lugano’s past. Similarly, the town is full of restaurants serving world-class food that is native to the region. The nearest international airport is Malpensa Airport and it is about 76 kilometers from the apartment. Although Lugano airport is only 6 kilometers away.

L'azienda Happy Rentals devo dire che mi ha abbastanza deluso. Abbiamo alloggiato 5 notti e se non ci fossero stati disagi causati da una mancanza di pulizia (profonda dal mio punto di vista) e di ordine generale non ci saremo lamentati. Detto ciò il soggiorno non è stato sgradevole ma nemmeno estremamente piacevole come si desidera trascorrerlo, fortunatamente dopo una doverosa lamentela il giorno seguente sono state sistemate alcune cose che ribadisco e ritengo vergognose da un azienda di questo tipo. Spero che negli altri alloggi ci sia più serietà in tutti i punti di vista! Grazie per la comprensione e voglio sottolineare che sono parole di un SuperHost.

O apartamento é como nas fotos, bem localizado e limpo. Foi fácil a obtenção das chaves, junto a locadora. Algumas observações: o ralo do chuveiro não funciona direito; a luz da sala de estar é muito fraca e, mesmo pagando taxa de limpeza, é necessário jogar os lixos nos pontos de coleta ao longo da cidade, podendo o anfitrião cobrar taxa extra caso o lixo não seja retirado.

Buon appartamento, semplice ma funzionale. Ottimo quartiere a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione ferroviaria e dei tram. Centro citta' raggiungibile comunque comodamente a piedi. Mi rendo conto per chi non ha l'auto che la consegna e riconsegna delle chiavi puo' essere un po' scomoda. Infatti devi andare a prenderle e a riconsegnarle direttamente all'agenzia che dista un paio di km dall'appartamento.

No noise at the appartment, big sleeping rooms, balcony were we can sit in the evening and for diner. Private parking place for the car. Not enough spoons, forks, etc.... Not enough towels for two weeks either. And some relaxing chairs tot sit in would have been welcome. No washing machine, and that's really a pitty.

Getting the keys back to the office with all our luggage (and extra bill for the taxi) and disposing of the garbage was the only stressful pieces to this very nice rental. We were comfortable and happy with the cleanliness and space.
