Entered from a cobblestone street, this antique apartment for 4 is located in the peaceful premises of a 15th-century building with a lovely porch, open-air dining and a shared garden, where you can unwind in complete tranquillity. From the porch area, a typical stone staircase leads to the main, two-level accommodation on the first floor. The lower level of the apartment features a well-furnished living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen-diner and big windows that lend it an overall refreshing atmosphere. Meanwhile, on the upper floor is the bedroom area and a full bathroom for a comfortable stay. Entertainment facilities like a playhouse, lego construction and more are also available in the garden area to keep the young ones engaged and the adults carefree on their holiday! Utilities include a microwave, fridge, toaster and cooker hob, among others. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom with a double bed, large windows and wardrobe. A tea room and bar are also close by (10 minutes walk) for lazy days and moods for eating out. Meanwhile, for lovers of easy-going moments and tanning, there are several beaches around, in particular, the crystal clear waters of the nearby Mergozzo Lake (45 minutes drive) and the free beach of Lake Maggiore with a swimming area, located at only a 10-minute car ride from here. For sports enthusiasts, it is possible to practice water skiing, windsurfing, sailing and take beautiful horse rides in thick chestnut woods.
