Outside, a vibrant and peaceful terrace features lovely alfresco dining with panoramic views that reach till Antibes coastline. Meanwhile inside, a characteristic living room with statement furniture, lots of natural light create an overall blissful atmosphere perfect for unwinding with friends and family. Guests can also enjoy a captivating view of the village from its dining area and whip up carefree meals in the newly renovated kitchen fully equipped to accompany a carefree stay at the Maison. Comprising pretty cobbled streets and a characteristic ambience, this village is an ideal location to relax and unwind close to Nice, which is just a 20-minutes drive from here. Additionally, guests are also placed at a stone’s throw away from Chateau Musee Grimaldi, where many artists including Renoir once lived. Those looking for modern shopping experiences, the Polygone Riviera is just a 10-minutes drive, whereas the Marineland consisting of dolphin shows, shark tanks and a separate water park is at a 15-minutes drive from here. Antibes and Cannes are also very accessible destinations from here, making this charming townhouse a good base to explore the other towns of the French Riviera. The closest international airport, which is the Nice Airport, is approximately a 15-minutes drive from here.

Lara’s place is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it is such a great place for a meal, a coffee or an aperitif. The location is peaceful and it just a short downhill walk to all the shops and the station and the complimentary and very regular bus service will take you back up the hill if you do not wish to walk.

I stayed here with my partner and my parents for 4 nights and we had a fantastic time! The location is magical and peaceful! The space itself is so well designed, you really feel like you’re staying in your own French villa. The terrace has a spectacular view that we enjoyed every morning while having a coffee and croissant from the local cafe. The space was super clean and the washer/dryer was a real bonus. We were able to walk, take the free bus and uber from the Airbnb to the town below which also made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Merci!

The home is nestled in a medieval village at the foot of Castle Grimaldi. The art work was impeccable. Easy to walk the village. Lots of steep roads. The only place to park is in parking structure when you first drive into the village. Then about a five minute walk. Once you find the place, easy enough. A couple of great restaurants at the castle. Close to Nice and Antibes. Watch out for GPS instructions. Seemed to take you way out of the way to get to them. There is a major road that runs along the beach from Cagnes Sur Mer to Antibes to Nice. Take that one.

Staying at the top of the old village in Haut de Cagnes is amazing. There is a free shuttle bus that runs frequently, connecting to the lower town at a convenient place on the Lignes d'Azur. The views from the unit are incredible and the porch, with a view that reaches the sea, provides a breeze on warm days and shelter during cooler nights. The host provides blankets that are thoughtfully placed on the back of the porch chairs.

Vielen Dank, eine so schöne und private Unterkunft vertrauensvoll "fremden Personen" zur Verfügung zur stellen. Das kleine Haus ist sehr komplett und komfortabel und zudem aufwendig renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist üppig, ein Stilmix aus Altem und Neuem, aber mit Gefühl und gutem Geschmack kombiniert. Die überdachte Terrasse hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Zu Dritt, in unserem Fall Mutter mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern war die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern perfekt aufgeteilt. Die Infrastruktur im charmanten kleinen Örtchen ist zum Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf quasi nicht vorhanden, dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen E-Shuttlebus, der im zwanzig-minütigen Takt die Bewohner und Besucher des Ortes einsammelt und gratis zum Centrum transportiert. Eine Anreise mit eigenem Auto ist auf gar keine Fall zu empfehlen, weil schier unmöglich. Unser Resümee: Wir fanden es wunderschön und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Der kleine Ort ist umwerfend, schon dafür hat sich die Reise gelohnt.

This listing is inaccurate. This place is not self check-in with a code. We never had such a hard time to get access to a place in the past. We're lucky we can speak French. The listing is managed by Happy Rentals, a third party. It makes all the communications with the host pointless, inflexible and insouciant. We got charged extra fees for a crib bed that was inexistant and we were constantly bothered with worthless emails prior to check-in. In short, the experience before you get to the actual place is mediocre. The place itself is very nice and the host is helpful. The street that gets to the place is extremely steep. I would highly recommend not to rent this place if you are disabled or out of shape. Overall it was an ok experience but we wouldn't recommend this place before the owner of the property improves the aforementioned flaws.

Hello, we understand that your experience was not as expected. We are a property management company and the check in procedure is the same for all guests. We do send emails prior to check in but only to ask for the mandatory information which is required by the regional laws. Automated reminders are sent if we do not receive it and apart from that there are no other emails sent. We apologize that the baby cot could not be provided and the amount paid for it was refunded. We still hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful region!

The home is nestled in a medieval village at the foot of Castle Grimaldi. The art work was impeccable. Easy to walk the village. Lots of steep roads. The only place to park is in parking structure when you first drive into the village. Then about a five minute walk. Once you find the place, easy enough. A couple of great restaurants at the castle. Close to Nice and Antibes. Watch out for GPS instructions. Seemed to take you way out of the way to get to them. There is a major road that runs along the beach from Cagnes Sur Mer to Antibes to Nice. Take that one.

Staying at the top of the old village in Haut de Cagnes is amazing. There is a free shuttle bus that runs frequently, connecting to the lower town at a convenient place on the Lignes d'Azur. The views from the unit are incredible and the porch, with a view that reaches the sea, provides a breeze on warm days and shelter during cooler nights. The host provides blankets that are thoughtfully placed on the back of the porch chairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely amazing, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings. We loved how close it was to both the town and the train station, making it easy to explore and get around. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Vielen Dank, eine so schöne und private Unterkunft vertrauensvoll "fremden Personen" zur Verfügung zur stellen. Das kleine Haus ist sehr komplett und komfortabel und zudem aufwendig renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist üppig, ein Stilmix aus Altem und Neuem, aber mit Gefühl und gutem Geschmack kombiniert. Die überdachte Terrasse hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Zu Dritt, in unserem Fall Mutter mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern war die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern perfekt aufgeteilt. Die Infrastruktur im charmanten kleinen Örtchen ist zum Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf quasi nicht vorhanden, dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen E-Shuttlebus, der im zwanzig-minütigen Takt die Bewohner und Besucher des Ortes einsammelt und gratis zum Centrum transportiert. Eine Anreise mit eigenem Auto ist auf gar keine Fall zu empfehlen, weil schier unmöglich. Unser Resümee: Wir fanden es wunderschön und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Der kleine Ort ist umwerfend, schon dafür hat sich die Reise gelohnt.

This listing is inaccurate. This place is not self check-in with a code. We never had such a hard time to get access to a place in the past. We're lucky we can speak French. The listing is managed by Happy Rentals, a third party. It makes all the communications with the host pointless, inflexible and insouciant. We got charged extra fees for a crib bed that was inexistant and we were constantly bothered with worthless emails prior to check-in. In short, the experience before you get to the actual place is mediocre. The place itself is very nice and the host is helpful. The street that gets to the place is extremely steep. I would highly recommend not to rent this place if you are disabled or out of shape. Overall it was an ok experience but we wouldn't recommend this place before the owner of the property improves the aforementioned flaws.

Hello, we understand that your experience was not as expected. We are a property management company and the check in procedure is the same for all guests. We do send emails prior to check in but only to ask for the mandatory information which is required by the regional laws. Automated reminders are sent if we do not receive it and apart from that there are no other emails sent. We apologize that the baby cot could not be provided and the amount paid for it was refunded. We still hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful region!
