A short walk away from Lake Lugano, this studio apartment welcomes up to 3 guests to a comfortable home setting. The modern apartment on the third floor of a seven-storey building with lift facility has the necessary amenities for a restful stay. It has a double sofa bed and a single bed and a dining table by the window. The kitchen is separate and well equipped with an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Sleeping Three guests can sleep on the double sofa bed and a single bed in the apartment. Bathroom The nice bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a bidet and a WC. Additional • Central heating • Free Internet • Washing Machine • Suitable for all age groups • Paid Public Parking • Iron and ironing board Location The lovely apartment is not only well equipped but also well-served to explore the lake town of Lugano and neighboring attractions. The main square of the town is only 10 minutes from the apartment and offers a selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and a great opportunity to be a part of the timeless culture of Lugano. Lido di Lugano is barely 6 minutes on foot from the apartment and has wonderful sandy beaches, an Olympic swimming pool with heating facility, a diving pool with trampolines, a beach volley court, a football pitch and a child-friendly pool. The famed Parco Ciani (3 minutes), also known as the green heart of Lugano, is perfect for taking pleasant walks admiring the lake and greenery that comprises oaks, limes, sycamores and other such plans typical of the Ticino region. Guests can easily take a boat or sail in the lake watching the gorgeous landscape surrounded by mountains. For more views, Monte San Salvatore peak (easily reached by funicular) is a great option. One can also hike through the village of Brè and enjoy the views from Monte Brè. Other interesting places are San Lorenzo Cathedral (15 minutes), Gandria (6 minutes) and Swissminiatur (22 minutes) besides the various historical and cultural attractions in the city like the art galleries, museums, churches and historical buildings with distinct Baroque and Renaissance architecture. Food lovers will also love the town since apart from the highly developed local cuisine, guests can find food from other places too very easily. The nearest international airport is about 84 kilometers away.

Very responsive and kind hosts. Everything was walkable, but there is a bus nearby if you prefer that. The lake was a block away with a beautiful view of the mountains. Area was very peaceful and nice.

Sono stata molto contenta della disponibilità di Cristian. Ci ha fornito immediatamente il wifi perché nell'appartamento non c'era. Ritengo importante cambiare il letto a divano perché è molto scomodo e non va bene per chi, come noi, a scelto questa struttura per un lungo periodo.

Appartement bien situé. Il est propre. Endroit calme. Par contre il n'y a pas de parking privé, et tout le secteur est en zone payante ou en zone bleue. Il y a possibilité de se rapprocher de la police de Lugano qui délivre des autorisations de parkage à la journée pour 10 FCH, ou a la semaine

Das Apartment sah den Bildern entsprechend aus und hatte eine gute Lage. Das Wifi funktionierte nicht und es hatte keine Klimaanlage. Zudem etwas zu wenig Bettwäsche. Kommunikation war gut mit klaren Anweisung.
