I’m going to preface this review with the fact I NEVER leave negative reviews. The location of this apartment is the only reason I’m giving it a positive review. The location was BEAUTIFUL and super convenient. The apt is in need of some major updates. Windows are cracked. The window shutters are falling apart, the kitchen window there are no shutters. Which makes the house hot and when a location does not have AC the shutters are important. The wifi password provided did not match the wifi so we went back and forth with that not working. The toilet stopped we had to take the device apart to properly flush. Upon entering the apt we had smelt a gas smell we flushed the line ourselves and eventually it went away but we went back and forth with the host on how to handle that. Airbnb themselves were extremely helpful and the host was helpful eventually communication was spotty but improved once I contacted Airbnb. I expect more out of a location managed by a company

świetne widokowo miejsce, tuż pod domem przystanek autobusowy, prom, piekarnia, lodziarnia, kebab i mnóstwo restauracji. Z klimatyzacją lub chociaż jakimiś wiatrakami przy suficie byłoby idealnie.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Torbole. Die Unterkunft is super zentral gelegen und man kann restaurant, Bars, Cafés oder die Bus Station in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Südbalkone mit direkten Blick auf den Gardersee. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Straße gelegen ist, hört man Nachts kaum Lärm. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Bardzo piękny widok z apartamentu nie ma sobie równych. Oprócz tego mieszkanie jest duże przestronne, doskonale zlokalizowane. Wieczorem jest dość głośno (ulica i restauracje) ale nam to nie przeszkadzało mimo podróży z dziećmi. Widok i lokalizacja to największe atuty. Brak parkingu, płatne parkingi publiczne, mało miejsc to niedogodność wszystkich ofert w tej lokalizacji niestety wiec trzeba z tym żyć. Polecamy!

Tolle und zentrale Lage, einfacher Check-in, schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation zu jeder Tageszeit. Älteres Haus mit Boiler, die Parksituation - vor allem mit Autos über 1,90m - eher schwierig und teuer.

Das Appartement liegt direkt in der Altstadt an dem kleinen Hafen von Torbole mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Rundherum gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte. Wir sind gewandert, Rad gefahren (E-Bike Verleih in der Nähe) und haben gebadet, der Strand (aus Kies -Badeschuhe sind sinnvoll) ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Canyoning konnten wir unweit des Appartements buchen. Wir konnten mit unseren SUP-Boards direkt hinter dem Hafen ins Wasser. In der Nähe ist ein Anleger für die Gardasee-Fähre. Ein Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Windsurfen ist in der Nähe möglich. Wir hatten einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Besonders schön ist auch der Tennosee, der wunderbar türkis ist. Einzig die Nächte waren sehr laut. Aufgrund der Hitze konnten wir die Fenster nicht schließen. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Da leider direkt am Hafen viele Motorradparkplätze sind, ist es sehr laut. Man hört die Motorräder bis in die Nacht röhren. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren.

Wir waren super happy als wir die Wohnung gesehen haben! Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir waren spontan auf der Durchreise da und hatten für eine Ferienwohnung nichts gepackt. Wir wollen wieder kommen😍

Apartment was right in the centre of town with a great selection of bars/ restaurants close by. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the balcony’s had great views of the lake perfect for sitting out with a bottle of wine.

It was quite loud as the apartment is surrounded by street on the one side and the piazza on the other. It was definitely worth it because we were right in the center of Torbole next to the old harbour with only a short walk to the beach and many restaurants close by.

Right in the heart of Torbole the apartment was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The street was a little noisy when busy but this was more than compensated for by the fabulous views and convenient location.

The location of the apartment provides easy access to the lake, restaurants, and shopping. The balcony is a great place to have coffee or wine and take in the activity and scenery of the area.

Enkel rymlig lägenhet med mycket centralt läge och sjöutsikt. Mycke ljud från vägen, men det visste vi om när vi bokade. Perfekt för några nätter i centrala Torbole.

Tolle Lage. Schöne Balkone. Gute Küchenausstattung. Parkplatz wäre schön gewesen bzw. eine Möglichkeit, das Auto auch länger irgendwo zu parken. Wir kommen wieder her.

Viele Pluspunkte: äußerst authentische italienische Wohnung im Hafen von Torbole. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon und eigentlich auch von jedem der vielen Fenster. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Moderner Kühlschrank, Gasherd mit Backofen. Bäcker direkt vor der Haustüre, Waschmaschine. Kritikpunkte: könnte sauberer sein, wir hatten ab Tag 1 schwarze Füße/Socken. Der Wischmopp sah auch schon ziemlich eklig aus, da wird es nach dem Wischen kaum mehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr sanierungsbedürftig, der Türrahmen der Wohnungstüre ist im Bereich des Schlosses durchgebrochen - das Zusperren macht eigentlich kaum Sinn. Die Fenster schließen zwar, bieten aber keinen Lärmschutz. Es wird wirklich sehr warm und stickig in der Wohnung, obwohl wir Ende September dort waren. Im Großen und Ganzen war es sehr schön, weil die tolle Lage und der Charme einiges wieder gut machen. Wer eher einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte die Wohnung allerdings meiden.

La posizione dell'alloggio è veramente strategica ,si ha accesso immediato a tutti i servizi e si ha la miglior vista sul lago. Si paga un po lo scotto del centro con il traffico ed un po di chiasso ma è capibile. l'alloggio nel suo complesso è ottimo, aggiungerei solo la Lavastoviglie ;-) da non perdere!

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit einer Wohnung in einer super Lage. Es ist zwar an der Straße etwas lauter und durch das Restaurant in der Nähe auch, aber zum einen wusste man das vorher und es war in meinen Augen auch ok. Man konnte dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Es hat uns gefallen.. die Lage ist Top.. Abends sehr laut.. keine Klimaanlage .. aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren zu 5 in der Whg. Matteo war für uns immer ansprechbar und hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert.

The apartment's description is very accurate; its location is one of the best I have stayed in. Your windows and balcony face the lake, which is a few meters away from your door. However, the cleaning could be improved. We had to re-wash the mugs and plates as they were dirty to use. The toilet door is not closing properly as it is strenuous, and you must apply force to close it properly. The iron board also must be replaced as it is hard to iron as the board surface is curved. If those things can be improved, the apartment is fantastic to stay.

The apartment was in an amazing location, with gorgeous views and easy access to the lake, food, and shopping. He sent detailed directions to the apartment that included pictures, which made it very easy to find. My only complaint about the area is that it is very noisy at night, at least in July. With no air conditioning, it is necessary to keep the windows open and the streets are very busy with motorcycles and people at restaurants. I honestly had a lot of trouble sleeping. That said, if you plan to be out late or don’t mind the noise, it’s a perfect spot! The lake is beautiful and the nearby restaurants are yummy!

Beautiful views and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend if location and walking around are a priority for you. Summer is hot with no A/C and there is a lot of road noise being right on the main road. Beautiful fun town though and this put us right in the middle of it!

Durch flexiblen Check-in kam man gut in die Wohnung und hatte von dort aus einen schönen Blick auf Gardasee. Da es an der Straße lag war natürlich Lärm durch den Verkehr vorhanden, was einem aber bewusst ist, wenn man die Wohnung bucht. Alles in allem eine Wohnung mit viel Potential, wenn man sie mit mehr Liebe einrichten würde.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft okay. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Sämtlich Bars und Restaurants findet man mit dem ersten Schritt aus der Haustür. Von den Balkonen hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Gardasee was wirklich toll ist. Die Zentrale Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Man kann nachts auf Grund der Lautstärke leider nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Bei uns waren tagsüber 30 grad. Trotz geschlossener Fensterläden hat sich die Wohnung sehr aufgeheizt. Die zwei vorhandenen Ventilatoren konnten wir leider nicht in Betrieb nehmen, da es keinerlei funktionierende Steckdosen in Bettnähe gab. Auch die Nachttischlampen waren aus diesem Grund nur Dekoration ohne Funktion. Die Badewanne war leider nicht Sauber und im Abfluss fanden wir ne Menge Haare unserer Vorgängerinnen. Ja es ist eine Touristische Gegend und ja im vergleich war die Unterkunft günstiger als viele andere , aber grundsätzlich war sie für das war geboten wurde eindeutig zu teuer.

The view and the town were excellent. It’s a lovely town and the balcony is perfect for a glass of wine and people/boat watching. The fridge, fan and floor plan layout are great. There is no AC as they state and there is only 1 fan, we would have been uncomfortable without it. The electrical system has issues- we messaged the owner to address. We took advantage of the towns bus system and ferries, both easily accessible. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the centre close to everything. Great views. Good size apartment with everything needed. Lots of towels and bedding provided, would sleep 6 Double bed, bunk beds and sofa bed. Also a washer so that was useful. All cleaning cloths , toilet rolls, washing up liquid and bin bags supplied with a good supply.
