Fin beliggenhet, nærme to matvarebutikker, mange spisesteder og stranden. Ren leilighet, god air con, super takterasse, god solskjerming. Soverommene er små og det er lite plass til koffert osv. Nydelig utsikt fra takterassen. Det er også to solsenger der. Det var noe galt med oppvaskmaskinen, men da vi bare var tre netter, kun spiste frokost og det var godt med glass osv i skapene var ikke dette et problem for oss. På forespørsel fikk vi nøkkel nr to, det kunne like gjerne ligget to nøkler i nøkkelboksen så man slapp og spørre om dette. Kontoret er uansett veldig nærme leiligheten så det var ikke et stort problem. Man må være oppmerksom på at heisen er ekstremt liten, det er plass til to mennesker. Vi brukte trappen, men den er tung, så er man dårlig til bens og har mye bagasje er kanskje ikke dette den perfekte leiligheten. Vi var veldig fornøyde, takk for oss!

Really well located looks of restaurants and food stores. Very clean and modern as photos. Easy access and directions from Leo and Enzo, answered any queries quickly. Great service from both. Only complaints no jug to boil water, only 1 small pot that works on the induction stove and no English tv channels.

Quasi tutto; pulizia, tecnologia, isolamento, cura dei particolari, climatizzazione, luce, posizione. L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciati interdetti è la doccia nel bagno in camera, per noi inutile e sostituibile con un water e, naturalmente con una porta. Inutile parlare dei "bidet" per noi funzionali, ma non per il resto del mondo compresa la Francia che l'ha inventati. Concludendo, siamo stati bene ed abbiamo apprezzato questo bell'appartamento e la vostra gentilezza. Potremmo anche rivederci.

Mireille’s place is located close to the beach, the train station, and Old Nice. The balcony was lovely. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the wifi worked well. The building has a small elevator that fits ~2 people or 1 person plus luggage. Overall, we were glad we picked this Airbnb.

Perfekt läge, superfräsch lgh med mysig terrass. Sovrummet längst in var extremt lyhört. Lite störande när grannarna har på TV'n till sent. Hissen var för liten, klarar bara 1 person med resväska så det blir mycket trappor. Drygt 100 steg till våning 6. Mataffär och bageri strax utanför vilket kändes lyxigt. Vi var tre tjejer och alla var generellt mycket nöjda.

The place is nice and very well located, nice terrace and very bright apartment. however it was the most dirty place I have ever stayed - and I use Airbnb a lot. It seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks so I had to ask for an urgent cleaning which was organised for the next day. It still felt not fully taking care of. So I don’t know if we were unlucky but this spoiled a bit our stay as we had to leave the next morning to leave few hours for the cleaning lady.

Quasi tutto; pulizia, tecnologia, isolamento, cura dei particolari, climatizzazione, luce, posizione. L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciati interdetti è la doccia nel bagno in camera, per noi inutile e sostituibile con un water e, naturalmente con una porta. Inutile parlare dei "bidet" per noi funzionali, ma non per il resto del mondo compresa la Francia che l'ha inventati. Concludendo, siamo stati bene ed abbiamo apprezzato questo bell'appartamento e la vostra gentilezza. Potremmo anche rivederci.

숙소 근처에 명소가 걸어서 10~30분 거리에 있고 시설이 청결해서 좋았어요~ 걸어서 니스 바닷가랑 마세나 광장이 있어 거닐기 좋고 빵집과 슈퍼가 근처에 있어요^^

Mireille’s place is located close to the beach, the train station, and Old Nice. The balcony was lovely. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the wifi worked well. The building has a small elevator that fits ~2 people or 1 person plus luggage. Overall, we were glad we picked this Airbnb.

Nous déplorons que certaines de vos attentes n'aient pas été satisfaites : une seule salle de bain est indiquée avec des toilettes en plus. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas faire modifier l'ascenseur. Comme son nom l'indique, le kit de départ est un kit de départ, pour vous laisser le temps de faire vos courses comme pour chez vous. Perfekt läge, superfräsch lgh med mysig terrass. Sovrummet längst in var extremt lyhört. Lite störande när grannarna har på TV'n till sent. Hissen var för liten, klarar bara 1 person med resväska så det blir mycket trappor. Drygt 100 steg till våning 6. Mataffär och bageri strax utanför vilket kändes lyxigt. Vi var tre tjejer och alla var generellt mycket nöjda.

The place is nice and very well located, nice terrace and very bright apartment. however it was the most dirty place I have ever stayed - and I use Airbnb a lot. It seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks so I had to ask for an urgent cleaning which was organised for the next day. It still felt not fully taking care of. So I don’t know if we were unlucky but this spoiled a bit our stay as we had to leave the next morning to leave few hours for the cleaning lady.
