A sleek, contemporary 1st floor apartment in an exclusive chalet. This beautiful apartment sleeps 5 people in considerable style.T he apartment is exquisitely decorated with great attention to detail. The living room is both cosy and elegant, with wooden floors, ceiling and walls and a large window, looking out onto the private balcony. The balcony has seating for 2 and is reached through stunning double French windows in the dining area and the kitchen. The immaculate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and a wine fridge. The stylish wooden dining table seats 6 people in comfort. Sleeping Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and sofa which can be turned into a child’s bed. The large French window opens on to a 2nd balcony, with a private seating area. Bedroom 2: A sunny, wooden paneled room with 2 single beds and a 3rd bunk bed, reached via a small ladder. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom with a shower, basin and WC Bathroom 2: A beautiful slate bathroom with a large shower, basin, bidet and WC. Please look at our properties ID 5522, 5523 and 5524 Location This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and the shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building, but a car is not essential. Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding. In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park. For something more relaxing, the Aquagranda Wellness Centre is just a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 4 hour drive from the apartment.

Apartmán je perfektně čistý, skvěle vybavený pár kroků od centra Livigna. Prostoru dominuje obývací místnost (se skvělým výhledem) s jídelnou a kuchyní. Celý apartmán je opravdu nádherný s dvěma koupelnami, takže pro dvě rodiny nebo jednu větší je opravdu ideální. K dispozici je parkování přímo u budovy, sauna i lyžárna kde je vlastní skříň na vybavení. Opravdu moc doporučujeme a vrátili bychom se zde hned!☺️

normalerweise machen wir eine Pro- und Contra-Liste zur Bewertung, aber bei Marcos Unterkunft gibt es schlichtweg nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren von Anfang an zu Hause und haben uns wohl gefühlt. die Küche war super ausgestattet, der Balkon beschenkte uns abends noch mit ein paar warmen Sonnenstrahlen zum Apero und die Betten waren angenehm kuschelih. die Sauna hat alles noch perfekter gemacht. Marco selber ist ein echter Superhost und war ultra flexibel und nett. Danke auch für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank. wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! ;)

The apartment is fantastic. Livigno is a pearl and this apartment has made our stay memorable. We will go back! Modern furnitures with a warm, luxurious and cozy chalet-like character. Located in a quiet area, a few meters from the bus stop (bus rides are free of charge) and a few minutes walk from the closest slopes. At the end of the ski day you can go back home ski-on if you like (just a few meters away walking). Wifi is powerful and stable. The ski gear storage in the basement is very convenient and the sauna area is great (it’s shared with the other apartments but you can book your private time there). Marco is very friendly, always available and super responsive.

We had brilliant time during our stay. This will be perfect for a family with 2-3 children or two couples and a kid. It is slightly away from all the noise, but still close to all restaurants and shops. Bus station is right next to the house which was very convenient and at the end of the day you could ski down nearly to the house. Place was very clean and fresh and had everything you would need. Definitely would come back here.
