A stylish, light-filled apartment in the heart of Lugano. On the second floor of a smart residence, this 1 bedroom flat sleeps 4 people. A sunny, homely flat, this is the perfect place to stay for either a family holiday, or a working trip, to the beautiful city of Lugano, in the heart of the Swiss-Italian lakes. The rooms all lead off a spacious entrance hallway. The bright living room is on the corner of the building, so has large windows on two sides plus a glass door, leading onto a balcony overlooking the street. There is a contemporary, leather-finish sofa (which converts into a double bed), a large Smart TV and a contemporary dining table with 4 chairs. It is an ideal space to relax with family or friends. The fully-equipped, fitted, kitchen has everything you might need for your stay: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and even a Nespresso machine. A large glass door leads out onto another balcony. Sleeping Bedroom: The bright bedroom has a comfortable double bed, stylish storage, a large desk and chair, which can be used as a work station. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bathroom Right next door to the bedroom, this spacious tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin, bidet and WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Central heating • Washing machine & dryer • Laptop friendly workspace • Hair dryer • Paid Public Parking • Child friendly • Suitable Elderly • Slightly noisy • Air-conditioning Please note that renovation work will take place from January 5th to June 15th 2026. Location The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and 8 minutes from the central square, the Piazza della Riforma. The city of Lugano combines the very best of Switzerland and Italy. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, picture perfect streets and stunning natural setting. There are many excellent restaurants and cafés where you can sample the local cuisine and wines. One of the best known is the Grand Café al Porto, founded in 1803 and still going strong. A day trip on the Lago di Lugano sailing between Switzerland and Italy is not be missed. For magnificent views out over the city, lakes and mountains take the funicular railway up to Monte San Salvatore (about 25mins from the apartment). You can discover the city’s cultural life through its many museums and cultural events. There are regular music and gastronomic festivals throughout the year. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12 minute walk from the apartment.

The unit matched our expectations - it was clean, conveniently located, and had the right amenities as advertised. The washer/dryer worked well which was great and why we wanted this apartment. The apartment is spacious and modern. The location is stellar. The team (Happy Rentals) restored my faith in rental management services on AirBnB -- they could not have been more friendly, helpful, or responsive. One even baby sat our 1 year old daughter. Thank you for a wonderful stay! One note is that we were there in the heat of summer, and the apartment doesn't have AC. You may want it if it's hot. Otherwise, this place is a great platform for the delight that is Lugano.

Leiligheten var ny og moderne, men veldig dårlig utstyrt. Det var ikke håndsåpe på badet eller på kjøkkenet, ikke dusjsåpe eller sjampo i dusjen og veldig lite kjøkkenutstyr. Det er forferdelig mye støy fra baren under om kvelden og natta. Kan ikke ha vinduet åpent, men fullt disco selv når vinduet er lukket. Det var lett å finne fram, og bare 300 m til busstasjonen, så det var veldig praktisk. Nært butikker og sentrum.

The apartment is in the heart of Lugano so easy access to the whole town. Walking distance to Lugano Centro bus station, Super market, Parco Ciani, Lake Lugano and also close to Lugano Stazione. Fully equipped kitchen and luxury furnished apartment with all the facilities.

War absolut toll ! Wunderschöne und grosse Küche auch mit Waschmaschine moderne Kochplatte und Offen.. schönes Bad ! Nur der Abfluss von der Dusche mussten wir einmal selber komplett reinigen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Einzig die Strasse ist sehr laut, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte (oder muss wegen der Hitze) Sonst war alles perfekt und ein top Service. Wir werden wieder kommen.

The unit matched our expectations - it was clean, conveniently located, and had the right amenities as advertised. The washer/dryer worked well which was great and why we wanted this apartment. The local team was friendly and responsive. We were very close to center of town which we explored; it was a good area to stay in.

The apartment is spacious and modern. The location is stellar. The team (Happy Rentals) restored my faith in rental management services on AirBnB -- they could not have been more friendly, helpful, or responsive. One even baby sat our 1 year old daughter. Thank you for a wonderful stay! One note is that we were there in the heat of summer, and the apartment doesn't have AC. You may want it if it's hot. Otherwise, this place is a great platform for the delight that is Lugano.

Very modern apartment with everything you need. Also perfectly located to enjoy some great days at the lake/ city center. We had some small issues with the heating (too warm) but we are sure the office will fix it soon (easy communication). Thanks!

It is a great apartment in an excellent location in Lugano. The host was cooperative and helpful. If you have a car you can park to a very nearby parking like 2 minutes walking with reasonable rate.

We understand that the noise from the traffic and nearby bar can be disruptive at times, especially in the evenings. Our central location provides easy access to many attractions, but it can also come with a bit more street activity. We do have soundproof windows, which help minimize the noise when closed, but we're sorry to hear it was still an issue for you. Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut renoviertes Gebäude: Fenster, Rolläden, Küche, Boeden. Gute zentrale Lage. Hinweis: der Lüfter und wohl auch der Innenraum des Bakofens sind stark verfettet. Der Backofen müsste ausgetauscht werden.

Leiligheten var ny og moderne, men veldig dårlig utstyrt. Det var ikke håndsåpe på badet eller på kjøkkenet, ikke dusjsåpe eller sjampo i dusjen og veldig lite kjøkkenutstyr. Det er forferdelig mye støy fra baren under om kvelden og natta. Kan ikke ha vinduet åpent, men fullt disco selv når vinduet er lukket. Det var lett å finne fram, og bare 300 m til busstasjonen, så det var veldig praktisk. Nært butikker og sentrum.
