This was such a great stay in Firenze! Location was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook at the apartment a few times. The host Paolo was super kind and timely in his communication, he gave some great recommendations! Overall it was a great stay, super easy and comfortable :)

Ho passato quasi una settimana in questa bellissima struttura durante la settimana di capodanno. Devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo! Camera pulitissima, contesto accogliente, siamo stati accolti da Paolo che ci ha accompagnato direttamente all’appartamento e dato alcuni consigli su posti da visitare, ristoranti e sul parcheggio. Super qualificato ed educato. L’appartamento si trova davvero in una posizione super tattica, non si necessita la macchina in quanto tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Super felice di aver scelto questo appartamento Grazie ancora Sicuramente ci tornerò

This charming apartment is ideally situated just a short stroll from the city center, with Ponte Vecchio only a two-minute walk away. A true gem for wine lovers, Vinosignori is nearby, offering wine tastings with a breathtaking view of the bridge. The area is brimming with grocery stores and a variety of excellent restaurants, making it as convenient as it is picturesque. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with reliable Wi-Fi to stay connected. The bed in the loft was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Even in late December, the heating was perfect, keeping the space warm and inviting. The view of the quaint little street below added to the apartment's undeniable charm, and waking up to the sound of church bells each morning was a delightful touch. Our host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. His communication was prompt and smooth, and he even recommended a few fantastic spots to visit

We highly recommend staying with Paolo! From our first communication, he was incredibly kind and attentive. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Ponte Vecchio, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Paolo also offered flexible check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more convenient. The space was spotless, and while the kitchen is small, it’s fully equipped with everything you need to cook. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb!

El lugar está muy lindo y es muy acogedor la zona está muy céntrica y a todos lados llegas caminando. Paolo siempre estuvo pendiente de todo y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí. El único inconveniente es que para llegar al lugar tienes que subir una colina un poco inclinada, las personas con poca condición física/problema de movilidad si les cuesta mucho subir. Para nosotros no fue ninguna problema pero quise mencionarlo.

Esperienza super positiva e gradevole. Abbiamo alloggiato per quattro giorni. Zona tranquilla, abbastanza lontana dal caos della zona centrale e allo stesso tempo molto vicina dalle principali attrazioni della città. Paolo host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze, sicuramente torneremmo qui!

Great location as it's a walkable distance from everything! The walk up the hill is tough so not ideal for elderly, wheelchair users, and others who have physical disabilities. Paolo was incredibly friendly, responsive, and gave us amazing local recommendations and notified us about an upcoming holiday and where to watch fireworks!

l'appartement était bien situé, a proximité du centre ville historique et juste en face du ponte vecchio. l'appartement lui même est pratique, bien arrangé et agréable pour s'y poser quelques jours. néanmoins il est situé sur une côte un peu rude et y accéder nécessite de bonnes jambes et de la motivation. les interactions avec Paolo furent rapides et amicales. Il fut toujours disponible pour nos questions et nous a indiqué des petits coins sympathiques a proximité de l'hébergement. Merci pour tout.

Mysigt italienskt gatuhus! ganska litet men ändå högt i tak så man känner att man får plats. Där är en backe upp till huset som är lite jobbig att gå upp för när det är varmt, men det gör också att det ligger väldigt mysigt. ganska lyhört så öronproppar rekommenderas. Även mygg i april när vi var där, jag som är känslig tyckte det var lite jobbigt. Vinbarer och restauranger precis runt hörnet! vi rekommenderar detta boende.

Siamo stati in vacanza a Firenze per una settimana, l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, non molto grande, ma confortevole, molto adatto per una coppia o per una persona singola in vacanza, con una cucina completa: frigo, lavatrice ecc. bagno con doccia, pulito e di grandezza sufficiente, internet. Il letto, a soppalco, si raggiunge con una scaletta, questo può essere un problema per persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie, ma in generale va più che bene e la distanza materasso-soffitto è accettabile. L'alloggio si trova in una via fuori dal traffico ed è relativamente tranquilla, almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi (inizio aprile). Il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi: il Ponte Vecchio a 10 minuti, il centro storico a 20 minuti circa, inoltre un supermercato si trova nelle immediate vicinanze. Accoglienza, check-in e informazioni varie: il nostro ospite Paolo è sempre stato sollecito e amichevole. Torneremo molto volentieri, ci siamo trovati bene, lo raccomando !

The house is perfect for a couple! It’s so cute, and the bed in the loft is like camping! It had all the amentities we needed as we stayed for a week. There is hot water but the hot water tanks are typical Italy-sized (small), so you just have to use the water wisely. Luckily the kitchen and bathroom have separate tanks. One other life hack - when we arrived and followed the directions given to us, there were TWO places on the street with the same house number / address. (Strange, but we did notice it other places too.) Just pay attention to the consecutive numbers, and you’ll figure it out (like my wise husband). But the location is close to everywhere you’ll want to be but far enough that it’s quieter at night. There’s a local contact who can help you with anything you need, and he’s super fast at responding, but it’s self check-in (I can’t remember if it’s listed that way). We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends!

Todo Perfecto. Solo hubo un detalle, casi no salía agua caliente y la regadera estaba tapada. Todo lo demás es Perfecto, me sorprendió lo limpio que estaba, muy buena ubicación, cama cómoda, lugar acogedor, buenos detalles como libros, productos de higiene.

very similar to the photos. the bed is loft style, which a rather small steep staircase - make sure you dry your feet before climbing! the bed is comfy, and the place was a nice temperature in the summer. loved having access to a fridge and microwave. no kettle provided; I used microwave to warm up mugs of water. couch was comfy; and large enough that a person could nap there! bathroom has no ventilation fan, just a small window, so it did get a bit muggy. shower was a managble size. there was construction going on right next to the place when I stayed, but the noise was ok. it is a very steep (although short) climb to the place; so be prepared for that if you have heavy luggage. Paolo was very helpful during my stay, especially when I had trouble with the door lock (it's fiddly!) He met up with me and showed me a few local gems on my last day, which I really appreciated when travelling alone.

Excellent location for seeing the main sights of Florence and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The Ifizzi is just across the river and the Bardini and Boboli Gardens are just a walk up the hill from the apartments. The apartment is attractive but not suitable for an older couple as you have to go up narrow steps to a mezzanine bed which has very little headroom & no space to walk round the bed. It would also be dangerous for small children as they could fall off the edge. People should be aware of the drop step going into the toilet which could be dangerous in the dark. The appartment would be more suitable for a young couple.

Mycket nöjda med vistelsen! Dock rätt lyhört, så öronproppar rekommenderas för den ljudkänsliga. Väldigt flexibel incheckning. Vi kom till Florence sent på kvällen och det va inga problem. Läget är super!

Apartment was in a great location. Easy check in and out. The washing machine was great for us as we were traveling with carry on luggage only. The AC was an amazing escape from the heat!

Incredibly welcoming people, amazing location with just a few minutes walk to any turist attraction, fluffy towels :D I would suggest visitors to bring earplugs if they are light sleepers since the alley is quite narrow and up the hill so anything or anyone that passes the airbnb is loud. Bring your own slippers since the floor is cold. Not a lot of natural light. Poor water pressure but enough to get through. Otherwise would recommend.

Location is very convenient but you have to walk up a steep hill which some people may not be able to manage.
