On the first floor of Villa Fiorita, a charming house which has been converted into 4 attractive apartments, Apartment Ortensia sleeps 4 people. It is in a quiet area, only 2 minutes from Lake Garda, but close to all the amenities you might want. The L-shaped living area is full of light and has a comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV and desk which makes a good workspace. There is a dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and moca coffee pot. There is a spacious balcony with a table and chairs for casual outdoor dining. Sleeping: Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and large French windows which open onto the sunny balcony. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed Bathroom: The modern bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, basin, bidet and WC. Location The apartment combines the best of both worlds: peace and quiet but within easy reach of Brema Beach, local shops and cafés. For dog owners, there is even a dog park 3 minutes away. The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes away. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away. Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Sirmione. Ausstattung der Wohnung für 2 Personen perfekt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Verona, Mailand und Venedig. Durch die Nähe zum See, zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten, ist auch ein Strandurlaub problemlos möglich. Besonderen Dank noch an die Verwalterin Manuela für die tatkräftige Unterstützung.

Wirklich schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Kleiner aber ausreichender Smart TV. In der Nähe gibt es viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Hundepark ganz in der Nähe. Das einzig negative war die Check Out Uhrzeit, um 10 Uhr.

Wunderschöne Lage, alles (Altstadt Sirmione, Restaurants, Supermarkt und See) fussläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten in Form einer Garage für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden. Die andere Garage ist aufgrund von dem schwierigen Einfahrtswinkel nur für kleine Fahrzeuge empfehlenswert. Ein paar Meter weiter ist allerdings ein größerer, öffentlicher und kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Wohnung und Küche sind minimalistisch jedoch ausreichend eingerichtet. Bett und Schlafsofa sind bequem, jedoch knatscht das Schafsofa ziemlich. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Da sich während unseres Aufenthaltes aber alle an die Abendruhe (ab 23 Uhr) gehalten haben, war das kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Hübsches kleines sehr sauberes Apartment (Nr.3 Ortensia) Garage für grosse Autos nicht geeignet, hat uns nicht gestört, es gibt in der Nähe reichlich Parkplätze. Betten waren okay. Bis nach Sirmione sind es zu Fuß ca 50 min. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Brema Beach mit Strandbar und Hundepark quasi um die Ecke. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines hübsches Appartement in guter Lage zum Gardasee. Die Altstadt ist etwa eine Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Pizzeria. Supermärkte ca. 10-15 min entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Garage ist für größere Autos bedingt geeignet. Es gibt aber gleich in der Nähe ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Möbel in der Wohnung empfanden wir als unbequem. Die Matratze im Bett gehört getauscht. Was mir erst später auffiel ist die überzogen hohe Reinigungsgebühr. Habe beim buchen wohl zu schnell durchgeklickt. 176€ für ein Appartement dieser Größe ist allerdings eine Frechheit. Hier wird mit günstigem Preis pro Übernachtung geworben und das Geld dann auf anderem Wege eingeholt. Schade.

Super nice place overall! Very clean and check in was no contact and super easy to do. Do keep in mind it is not easily walkable to the centro storico area of Sirmione that you’re going to want to visit often, and the area directly surrounding the apartment is pretty bland.

Manuela è stata una ottima host, ci ha risolto in brevissimo tempo alcuni piccoli problemi e ha sempre risposto molto velocemente a tutti i messaggi. L'alloggio è carino, piccolo ma con tutto ciò che serve per una famiglia; attenzione però per bambini molto piccoli forniscono solo la culla - a pagamento - ma non il seggiolone. L'unica vera pecca sono i materassi: sia il letto che il divano letto sono molto scomodi. La posizione è ottima in estate perché è a 5 min a piedi da una spiaggia. Non va tanto bene per Sirmione centro perché a piedi ci vogliono 45 min, perciò bisogna comunque prendere la macchina e affrontare le code ai parcheggi.

Die Wohung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und angenehm. Wir konnten leider das Wlan Passwort nicht finden und es war keine Spülmaschine vorhanden.

litterie mauvaise ....deux matelas de 80 cm pour un couple très désagréable et isolation phonique de la location très limite ... fenêtre simple vitrage donc très bruyant et garage non fonctionnel

Manuela è stata una ottima host, ci ha risolto in brevissimo tempo alcuni piccoli problemi e ha sempre risposto molto velocemente a tutti i messaggi. L'alloggio è carino, piccolo ma con tutto ciò che serve per una famiglia; attenzione però per bambini molto piccoli forniscono solo la culla - a pagamento - ma non il seggiolone. L'unica vera pecca sono i materassi: sia il letto che il divano letto sono molto scomodi. La posizione è ottima in estate perché è a 5 min a piedi da una spiaggia. Non va tanto bene per Sirmione centro perché a piedi ci vogliono 45 min, perciò bisogna comunque prendere la macchina e affrontare le code ai parcheggi.
