Situated in the centre of the magnificent ski resort of Argentière, this self-catering family chalet is divided into two flats with two independent entrances, for a total of 4 bedrooms plus a mezzanine with a total capacity of 8 guests. Sunny and comfortable, the residence has a seasonal communal swimming pool, a tennis court and a communal garden for you to enjoy during your holiday. Inside, the main lounge is a welcoming space with sofas, a typical Savoyard dining room, direct access to the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen for a pleasant stay. Sleeping facilities include a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 5 single beds. On the lower level, an independent area comprising a ski room with a boot warmer, 1 bedroom, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, shower and WC. Guests will find a dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob, toaster and a coffee machine. The chalet is child-friendly. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A comfortable master bedroom with a double bed. Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, this bedroom has a double bed. Extra: On the mezzanine landing there are 5 single beds and a sofa bed is available to sleep 1 guest. Bathroom There are 3 bathrooms inside the chalet: the first has a bath and toilet, the second has a bath with shower and toilet, and the third bathroom has a shower and toilet. Additional • Sunny private balcony • Free Wi-fi • Hairdryer • Smoke detector • Washing machine • Ski storage • Communal tennis court & unheated, outdoor swimming pool (summer only) • Public Parking • Ski Boot Warmer - Pets allowed Please note that the swimming pool belongs to another complex of the Résidence le Chardonne. Location The complex is close to all the skiing facilities – slopes, lifts, transfer buses. Given that the chalet is in central Argentière a car is not necessary, however, there is a private parking spot at the residence Chardonnet. The charming village of Argentière spans the confluence of the rivers Arve and the Torrent de Lognan. It has everything that you could need: lively bars and excellent restaurants, good shops and of course, skiing. Close by there is Les Grands Montets skiing area and also some good cross country skiing tracks. For families with younger children, the Panda Club offers activities and ski lessons. During summer you can hike to the Glacier d’Argentière. There are other equally stunning hiking trails and also excellent mountain bike routes. Geneva airport is 1hr and 25mins away by car. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Gezellig, alles was er aanwezig, dankzij de studio beneden, was het enorm comfortabel voor iedereen! Tennisplein, zwembad, bbq, tuin, mooi zicht vanop het terrasje, voldoende parking voor onze 2 wagens. Op wandelafstand van klein centrum (lekkere bakker, supermarkt, aantal resto’s, kleine winkeltjes) en op ca. 18min rijden naar Chamonix-centrum; heel veel mooie wandelingen en dingen te doen in de buurt.

Nos avons eu la chance de passer quelques jours au Chalet "Le Spouter" pour un EVJF. Bel emplacement, description en accord avec la réalité, propre, bien équipé avec de nombreux jeux et une belle enceinte Marshall qui a su nous offrir un merveilleux son durant ce séjour... Diverses activités sont accessibles à pieds, notamment une belle marche dans les hauteurs de l'Argentière. Les instructions paraissaient claires, mais nous n'avions pas compris que nous devions aller sur le Parking fermé par une chaîne, ce qui nous a valu 15 min d'aller et venu pour comprendre où se situait le logement a notre arrivée. Cela a été une très belle expérience dans l'ensemble !

Great place, great location, just what we needed for our group - nice calm (under house ) area for those who wanted more quiet. Nice landing area (low ceiling ) perfect for kids. Terrace with fabulous views. Lawns for running around. Lovely pool - cool but refreshing! Shower and bathrooms lovely.

A good base for Chamonix valley, with close proximity to trails, restaurant and food shop. The chalet is run by a rental agency who were helpful arranging a Carte d’hôte on our request (this allows free travel on the local train/bus) but ideally this should have been provided at the outset. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very compact with basics necessities covered.
