This beautiful, detached villa is about as close as you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! Its private garden has direct access to Quinta Spiaggia beach. With panoramic sea views and plenty of outside space, the villa, which can sleep 5 people, is an idyllic holiday base in this popular part of Sardinia. The contemporary architecture brings the sea into the house, with large glass doors opening onto shaded balconies. The spacious living space/dining area is furnished with two sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The veranda has a second seating area where guests can relax and gaze out to see. Steps lead down to the private garden, full of lush local trees and plants. The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A glass door leads from the kitchen to a second covered balcony. This is furnished with a dining table, chairs and BBQ, for relaxed meals al fresco. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and French windows opening onto the balcony with a sea view. Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has another double bed, a wardrobe and a glorious view of the bay. Bedroom 3: A fresh, smaller bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe. Bathrooms There are two spacious bathrooms. Both have a shower, basin, bidet and WC. The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. Olbia airport is a 25-minute drive. The port of Golfo Aranci for ferries to Livorno, in Tuscany, is just 7 minutes away.

La casa è fantastica, la localizzazione è perfetta, il paesaggio è bellissimo. Credo che dovete fare un aggiornamento delle foto sul sito, fate capire che ci sono camere da letto con capacità 5 persone quando la verità in una camera da letto esiste un spazio per altri 2 persone. Credo che ci vuole più attenzione con la pulizia della casa, armadi e cassetti interni, nelle camere abbiamo trovato sporco l'armadio e i cassetti, gli spazi esterni della casa abbiamo trovato trascurato, pavimenti sporchi, tavoli sporchi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il check in e il check out, abbiamo chiesto in anticipo, molto in anticipo il early check in e later check out, ci avete dato la possibilità ma non avete mai risposto, mai informato, siamo arrivati e la casa non era pronta e avete avuto la indelicatezza di chiederti soldi per il later check out, per fortuna il vostro corrispondente locale è stato molto più professionale che voi. Con relazione la casa tutto perfetto, con il corrispondente locale molto gentile e dipsonibile, con relazione a Happy.Rentals manca professionalità, organizzazione e pianificazzione. Grazie.

Die Villa ist phänomenal! Sie liegt direkt an einem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Strand. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick, von dem man sich nicht trennen möchte. 😃 Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war gut. Kleinste Probleme wurden sofort gelöst, ein Dank an Sofia! Wir würden die Villa definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Excellent stay at Villa Oleandri.(July24) We travelled from London as a group of 5 and there was plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room area. Beautiful front terrace to relax in the late afternoon and a side terrace and table for early morning breakfast. Location perfect on Quinta Spiaggia (a few minutes walk), 8 minute walk to local supermarket (Dettori market). Taxi/car journey to main Golfo Aranci area 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Villa, in particular for family’s as there was plenty of space for all to relax. Kind regards Lee (London)

Wir hatten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sehr positiv überrascht über die tolle Lage. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr gemütlich, die Lage sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht (und direktem Zugang). Der großzügig und schön gestaltete Garten und die toll möblierte Terrasse die rund ums Haus geht runden das Gesamtbild ab. Wir können jedem Urlauber dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt sehr empfehlen.

Die Bilder haben 100% zu Realität gepasst. Leider war der diekte Weg von der Villa zum Strand unterspült und deshalb nicht gut nutzbar. Alledings gab es einen öffentlich Standzugang nicht weit weg.

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in der Villa Oleandri, spricht für sich wenn wir fast jedes Jahr wieder hierhermkommen. Die Lage ist top, nicht nur wegen dem Strand, aber Golfo Aranci selber bietet einiges an kulinarischem Angeobt, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist ein strategisch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um viele Orte schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus is geräumig mit super Aussicht.

Geräumige schöne Villa im typisch italienischen Stil mit atemberaubendem Blick! Super gut ausgestattet, sogar mit allem was ma am Strand gebrauchen könnte. In der Nebensaison gibt es wenige Restaurants die fussläufig erreichbar sind und noch offen haben. Man muss eigentlich immer ins Auto steigen. Ein Supermarkt ist allerdings um die Ecke und wenn man mit dem Strand vor Ort happy ist, kann man auch glücklich am gleichen Ort bleiben und in der Villa kochen oder grillen. Unglücklich waren die Bauarbeiten nebenan, aber so ist das in der Nebensaison halt. Wir würden wieder kommen!
