Heel mooi en verzorgd appartement. De foto’s op de site van happy rentals zijn waarheidsgetrouw. De contacten met happy rentals zijn ook allemaal vlot en vriendelijk. Het appartement ligt op een mooi en vooral rustig domein. Het appartement heeft een super uitzicht over het meer. Er wonen ook eigenaars in de appartementen maar deze mensen waren allemaal vriendelijk. Een plaatsje om tot rust te komen. Happy rentals is voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.

We were blown away by this place. Really clean and modern. We are a family of 4 and found it comfortable for us. The lake view from the balcony is stunning! The pool which was never busy and we stayed in August, and private lake area was the icing on the cake. Lake maggiore is so beautiful. The town we were in had restaurants and a short drive down the road had plenty more. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a lovely touch. We can’t wait to go back!

Priceless view over the lake from a nice terrace, perfectly designed and functional apartment, air conditioning is great, very comfortable for 2 guests and maybe a kid sleeping on the pullout sofa. Be aware that there is no elevator and that the street going around the lake is between lake and apartment, which didn’t bother us as there is a lot of vegetation between road and apartment.

La vue depuis le salon et la chambre sont juste exceptionnelles ! Quel bonheur que de petit déjeuner avec cette vue sur le lac sans aucun passage en contrebas ! Les lits, y compris le canapé, sont confortables, la salle de bain grande et bien équipée. Le check-in a pu être fait plus tôt que prévu ce qui a été très appréciable.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und man wurde vorab mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt (Schlüsselübergabe etc.). Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Leider gab es in der Wohnung selbst das ein oder andere zu beanstanden. Aber Auch hier stand recht unkompliziert Hilfe zur Seite.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenhemne Aufentahlt und fühlten uns nach kurzer Eingewöhnungszeit auch recht wohl. Das Appartement ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Einige Dinge erscheinen teilweise etwas unparaktisch, aber schönes ist halt nicht immer auch praktisch... Die Qualität der Ausstattung hat aber das ein oder andere fehlende Element (Handtuchhaken, Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, Garderobe, Beluechtung...) wieder ausgeglichen. Der große Balkon ist toll und der Grill ist auch Spitze. Wir waren zuerst etwas irritiert und erwartetet eher mehr Schein als Sein, aber nach einer Woche haben wir unser "neues" Heim dann doch auch mit Wehmut wieder verlassen müssen...

The large complex is very well maintained and the apartment very well equipped. We were not aware that we could have even played tennis. There was nothing lacking. The street was audible, but ok. The pool was officially already "closed", but you could enjoy the sun well on the lounger. The view over the Lago was fantastic at any time of day. The communication was always factual, but not particularly personal. That there was no flexibility in the time for check out at 10:00 was a bit annoying, as the apartment can be used at 16:00 at the earliest. All in all, however, top.

Hallo, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Entfernungen zu den Restaurants wurde recht kurz angegeben und wir sind gut zu Fuß. Die Bademöglichkeit am „Strand“ haben wir nicht genutzt, da nicht so toll. Baden am Lago steht aber auch nicht im Mittelpunkt. Der Rest war sehr gut, tolle Natur, mega Ausblick und Ruhe. Gruß Torsten

Die Wohnung war sehr süß und der Balkon mit dieser Aussicht war der Wahnsinn! Die Handtücher waren nicht alle sauber und der Boden war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Was man wissen sollte, die Betten sind nicht wirklich bezogen, also es liegen Spannbettlaken auf den Betten mit einer nicht bezogenen Decke. Es war trotzdem ein toller Urlaub und die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und man wurde vorab mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt (Schlüsselübergabe etc.). Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Leider gab es in der Wohnung selbst das ein oder andere zu beanstanden. Aber Auch hier stand recht unkompliziert Hilfe zur Seite.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenhemne Aufentahlt und fühlten uns nach kurzer Eingewöhnungszeit auch recht wohl. Das Appartement ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Einige Dinge erscheinen teilweise etwas unparaktisch, aber schönes ist halt nicht immer auch praktisch... Die Qualität der Ausstattung hat aber das ein oder andere fehlende Element (Handtuchhaken, Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, Garderobe, Beluechtung...) wieder ausgeglichen. Der große Balkon ist toll und der Grill ist auch Spitze. Wir waren zuerst etwas irritiert und erwartetet eher mehr Schein als Sein, aber nach einer Woche haben wir unser "neues" Heim dann doch auch mit Wehmut wieder verlassen müssen...

The large complex is very well maintained and the apartment very well equipped. We were not aware that we could have even played tennis. There was nothing lacking. The street was audible, but ok. The pool was officially already "closed", but you could enjoy the sun well on the lounger. The view over the Lago was fantastic at any time of day. The communication was always factual, but not particularly personal. That there was no flexibility in the time for check out at 10:00 was a bit annoying, as the apartment can be used at 16:00 at the earliest. All in all, however, top.

Hallo, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Entfernungen zu den Restaurants wurde recht kurz angegeben und wir sind gut zu Fuß. Die Bademöglichkeit am „Strand“ haben wir nicht genutzt, da nicht so toll. Baden am Lago steht aber auch nicht im Mittelpunkt. Der Rest war sehr gut, tolle Natur, mega Ausblick und Ruhe. Gruß Torsten

Die Wohnung war sehr süß und der Balkon mit dieser Aussicht war der Wahnsinn! Die Handtücher waren nicht alle sauber und der Boden war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Was man wissen sollte, die Betten sind nicht wirklich bezogen, also es liegen Spannbettlaken auf den Betten mit einer nicht bezogenen Decke. Es war trotzdem ein toller Urlaub und die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt.
