The apartment ‘il nido della pineta’ is located in a quite area in front of a beautiful pinetum in a friendly neighbourhood; it’s located in a perfect position, close to the city center, Campo Smith and the ‘palazzo delle feste’. On top it’s easy to park in the area. The apartment is spacious, with very comfortable (and new) bed and sofa bed and it’s fully equipped. It offers as well good quality WiFi connection, perfect to work remotely. The check in and check out have been perfect and Roberta, who’s managing the apartment, has been always very proactive on responding to every question/request.

Ho trascorso due settimane in questo monolocale con cucinotta che ho molto apprezzato per la posizione, zona tranquilla, e per la rilassante vista sulla pineta di fronte. L'appartamento è dotato dell'essenziale e anche qualcosa in più, si denota una certa cura dei dettagli da parte del proprietario. Bagno e cucinotta funzionali, così come il divano letto e il letto a scomparsa (da aprire e chiudere con un pò di attenzione). Solo le piccole finestre vasistas sono un pò scomode da usare. A mio avviso, le sedie del soggiorno andrebbero cambiate. Host disponibile e cortese.

L'alloggio è in ottima posizione, comodo, pulito e ben fornito di accessori. Il servizio è perfetto e tutti sono gentili. Complimenti per l'ospitalità. Pur non avendo vere stanze da letto ha spazio a sufficienza anche con il divano letto aperto a letto e/o il letto a muro giù. Non si è quindi obbligati a rivoluzionare la casa tutte le mattine.... Unico neo è la mancanza di un armadio comodo per sistemare le proprie cose. Il balcone nel verde è carino e vivibile.
