On the first floor of smart development in the heart of Chamonix, this elegantly decorated apartment can sleep 4 people. The apartment has a contemporary alpine décor, with modern furniture and wooden accents. There is a comfortable sitting room, with wooden and stone panelling and a double sofa in front of a large, flatscreen TV and a glass door that leads onto the balcony. The separate kitchen/dining room is attractively decorated in with a stone table and 4 raised dining chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: In this cosy bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed, with a single bunk bed, wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. Extra: There is a pull-down double bed in the sitting room and a wardrobe. Bathroom A stylish, modern bathroom, equipped with a bath with shower, washbasin and W.C. Additional • Balcony with outdoor seating • Lift • Smart TV • No wifi • Electric radiator • Washing machine • Hair dryer • Smoke detector • Near ski lift • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary Location - Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle bus services to all ski areas are also close by. A car is not needed during your stay. Chamonix has endless options for winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam which is open all year round. In the summer there are hiking trails through stunning mountain scenery, rock climbing and mountaineering, paragliding, white water rafting, a large outdoor pool and tennis. For even more excitement head to the Addicted Adventure Park (5 minute drive) where you can climb and zip-line through high trees. If you are looking for something more relaxing then the QC Terme Spa (6 minute drive) might be a better option. Geneva airport is a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

The unit has a recent remodel, everything is fresh and works well. It’s not a big place but the space is very efficient and it doesn’t feel cramped. It overlooks a nice square with several good restaurants/bars that I frequented. Can be noisy some weekend nights with live music and people having a good time. Location is super convenient to everything.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town centre. The balcony was filled with hoover and ladder and other bits and had no chairs for sitting out. The interior was impeccable. I sent a text requesting chairs for the balcony but got no reply. Overall it was a great location and very comfortable

A great place to stay. Good location with a quick walk into town. A little smaller than we expected but fine for 2 adults and 1 child. There was a shortage of hot water at peak time but it was hot again an hour later. Supermarket opposite which is super handy and ski rental in the square. No iron available which was a slight inconvenience but other than that a lovely apartment and great stay.

Le petit déjeuner est pris dans le logement La salle de bains refaite est sympa. Cependant une douche à la place de cette grande baignoire aurait permis de laisser une place convenable pour le lavabo! La propreté est réelle. Pour parfaire ,il serait judicieux de poser des plinthes dans l'appartement car le nettoyage du sol aura raison du bas des murs!! Ce lieu est un moyen de rapport. Cela se sent bien!

Clean and neat, nice kitchen, super cofortable shower. But not a 2 bedroom flat as one bed rooms is actually a TV room with a sofa bed but no proper door and no curtains in front of the window. Also not really set up for cooking as the cooking amenities were quite poor.

close to the action of Chamonix. Happy Rentals were very helpful in getting us settled after a long driving day from Lyon. The suite is well equipped and has a great mountain view.

Un logement agréable et conforme aux informations lors de la réservation. Nous étions 3. Possible pour un couple et 2 enfants. Petit appartement mais reste fonctionnel. Le plus est également le parking en sous-sol très facile et pratique.

A perfect spot for us to stay. Had some difficulties with check in because of instructions and an incorrect photo, but they were responsive and appreciative to know the issue. All went smoothly!

A great place to stay. Good location with a quick walk into town. A little smaller than we expected but fine for 2 adults and 1 child. There was a shortage of hot water at peak time but it was hot again an hour later. Supermarket opposite which is super handy and ski rental in the square. No iron available which was a slight inconvenience but other than that a lovely apartment and great stay.

Super emplacement, à 2 pas du départ pour l'aiguille du midi, dans une sorte de mini village avec magasins et restos. Attention, très bruyant le soir (début août)

Le petit déjeuner est pris dans le logement La salle de bains refaite est sympa. Cependant une douche à la place de cette grande baignoire aurait permis de laisser une place convenable pour le lavabo! La propreté est réelle. Pour parfaire ,il serait judicieux de poser des plinthes dans l'appartement car le nettoyage du sol aura raison du bas des murs!! Ce lieu est un moyen de rapport. Cela se sent bien!

Clean and neat, nice kitchen, super cofortable shower. But not a 2 bedroom flat as one bed rooms is actually a TV room with a sofa bed but no proper door and no curtains in front of the window. Also not really set up for cooking as the cooking amenities were quite poor.

Pros: -very clean! -great location -easy after hours check in Cons: -you have to make your own beds, clean, and remove all bed linens after your stay -extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows -the beds are all sofa beds, not actual beds -very small, suitable for two people max
