This spacious ground-floor apartment, with a large veranda and private garden, is 150m from one of the nicest beaches in the Golfo Aranci. It can sleep 6 people and is an ideal holiday base for a family or friends looking for a beach holiday in this lovely part of Sardinia. The apartment is built in a traditional style, with partially unplastered stone walls and wooden shutters. The main living space/dining area is furnished with a sofa, open corner fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. French windows open onto the veranda which is an extension of this living space. The veranda has a second dining table and deck chairs where guests can relax. A step leads down to the private garden, full of lush local trees and plants. The separate kitchen is adjacent to the living area and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This airy bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has twin beds, which can be joined and a wardrobe. Extra: The living room has a sofa double. Bathrooms There are two brightly tiled bathrooms. Both have a shower, basin, bidet and WC. One also has a washing machine. It is an exclusive residential tourist area, which is quiet, but also close to the centre of the town of Golfo Aranci. The property offers guests all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants. The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft ( vor allem die Terrasse)! Für 4 Personen sehr geeignet ( 5 te Person müsste ein Kind sein, da die Schlafcouch sehr unbequem war - sozusagen wegen dem Gewicht). Sehr nah zum nächsten Strand!!!!

Casa accogliente con i giusti elettrodomestici. Purtroppo le sdraio della foto che utilizzate erano piegate dietro la finestra e completamente distrutte insieme a tre sedie senza una gamba e ad altra spazzatura che, per la cifra spesa, sarebbero state da buttare e sostituire. Giardino mal tenuto (peccato perchè è molto carino). Sciacquone del bagno che si stacca e ritiro della pattumiera fatto a random. Cinghiali pericolosi per strada, la sera è necessario correre dalla macchina in casa per evitarli.

Globalement en ligne avec l’annonce mais très décevant dans l’ensemble. Logement bien placé qui permet d’accéder à la plage à pied notamment. Cependant l’appartement est extrêmement bruyant, que ce soit sur la partie extérieure ou en intérieur (voisins au dessus). La literie est de mauvaise qualité et les salles de bain un peu vétustes. Le principal problème est que le logement est proposé avec absolument rien, pas même 2 tablettes de lave-vaisselle, pas de torchon, pas une éponge, 4 cuillers et 3 couteaux dont 2 cassés, 5 assiettes et pas assez de verres. On devrait s’estimer heureux d’avoir du papier toilette. Obligé de mettre la machine à café par terre car il n’y a pas de prise sur le plan de travail. Ce n’est pas du tout adapté si on veut vivre dedans et faire ses repas à la maison.

Purtroppo la cura del cliente è abbastanza bassa, non abbiamo mai visto il proprietario o comunque il gestore, non abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo nessun campioncino per il bagno o anche il minimo indispensabile in cucina per poter cucinare o i prodotti della lavatrice. Inoltre, la casa non è molto fornita di utensili o stoviglie (estremamente contate). Forse non adatta a 5 persone, ma per massimo 3/4. Inoltre non abbiamo trovato il phon (come in descrizione) e ci è stato portato la sera prima della nostra partenza. Purtroppo il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è molto buono, peccato perché la casa ha molto potenziale
