Bedroom 3: A en-passe bedroom corner with bunk beds. Bathroom There are 2 full family bathrooms in the chalet. Both feature a shower and WC. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. The owner has a parking space and a beach umbrella at the bathhouse-bathing establishment at 4,5 km; if interested, guests can arrange the use of these directly with the owner of the house. The owner also maintains the right to use the pool sporadically and lives in a separate villa on the property. Location From the property you can easily reach the beaches of the coastline, Feniglia (10 minutes) and Giannella (20 minutes), which are the most renowned resorts of the Argentario, as well as the resorts of the Maremma coastline and the interesting and numerous Etruscan resorts in the area. The Aurelia state road passes just 200 metres from the property and the villa is just an 8-minute drive from Orbetello’s old town centre, which is completely pedestrianised and has shops, restaurants and several discos. Since the house is situated in the ancient Etruscan region, which connects to the naturally beautiful and exquisite Maremma region, guests here also have a host of nature parks to enjoy. The nature/butterfly park with the Spanish Forte delle Saline (in Albinia) is a 5-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, historical sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, with notable frescoes from the 15th C, are a 15-minutes drive away. The main settlements of Monte Argentario; Porto Ercole and Porto S. Stefano, and Talamone are within a 20-minute drive. Besides this, guests can head to the thermal springs of Saturnia or to Tarquinia (both a 50-minute drive), the Tarot Gardens (20 minutes) and Ansedonia (10 minutes) for exploring the region. The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome, about a 2-hour drive from here.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn veel ruimer dan op de foto’s. Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Het zwembad en de tuin zegt echt geweldig!!! Heerlijk, tuin goed onderhouden en zwembad elke dag schoongemaakt. Super! Het buitenterras is heerlijk met ventilatoren tegen de muggen ‘s avonds. De keuken is wat klein, maar heeft in principe wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Een grote vriezer in aparte ruimte. Wij hebben echt genoten!!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana e siamo stati divinamente!! La casa è immersa nella natura a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiaggia della Feniglia. C'è tanta cura dei dettagli (sia degli spazi interni che esterni) e anche la piscina è meravigliosa. Per ultimo, ma non ultimo, vorrei ringraziare la proprietaria per l'accoglienza, è stata estremamente gentile e ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati!!! Grazie Lucia!!! 🩷

Die Villa liegt etwas abseits von Orbetello. Ein Auto wird unbedingt benötigt. Insgesamt sehr ruhige und private Lage. In der Nähe gibt es eine Zuglinie. Gelegentlich hört man 3-4 mal am Tag eine Eisenbahn. Das Haus, der Garten, die Terrasse und der Pool sind sehr großzügig in einer sehr angenehmen Gartenanlage mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Ein Gemüsegarten mit Tomaten, Paprika etc. darf mitbenutzt werden. Das Haus und Interior ist nicht mehr ganz neu, passt für uns aber sehr gut in die Toskana. Auf dem sehr großen Grundstück befindet sich auch die Villa der Vermieterin, welche sehr hilfreich mit Informationen rund um die Gegend zur Verfügung steht. Die Pool Mitbenutzung durch Ihre Familie hat uns nicht gestört, da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt selber ans Meer gefahren sind. Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe in wenigen Minuten umfangreich vorhanden. Orbetello sowie Argentario bietet sehr viele Restaurants zum Ausgehen. Insgesamt eine Reise wert. Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool, Gemüsegarten darf mit benutzt werden (frische Tomaten, Auberginen, Feigen, Paprika, etc.). Tolle Fahrradtour möglich (Rundtour auf Fahrradweg mit außerordentlich schönem Strand im Naturschutzgebiet). Sehr nette Vermieterin.

It was simply fantastic. Lucia's house is so beautiful and well maintained, as is the garden and the pool. She and her daughter Giovanna are perfect hosts, were always available for us, incredibly nice and gave us good tips. At the beginning there was a problem with the hot water, but this was fixed immediately. The house is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, the kitchen has all imaginable utensils and loads of crockery. The dining table on the terrace invites you to enjoy wonderful meals and the lounge with a view of the garden to spend relaxing hours. The pool is great and quite large, we had it to ourselves the whole time. Perfect accommodation, especially with children! Lucia's old dog and her cats visited us from time to time. The three bedrooms were also very nice and we slept quietly and well. The location is very quiet, outside of Orbetello, but you can be in town and also on the beach in 10 minutes by car. We have rarely had such a great accomodation before!

Wir fanden das Haus in gut ausgestattetem und sauberen Zustand vor. Das Gesamtgrundstück teilt man sich mit der Vermieterin Lucia. Sie wohnt im Haupthaus, das Grundstück zum Gästehaus ist sehr groß und super gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vorab kontaktiert und sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und stand stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie war eine extrem flexible, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin und hat sich stets für unser Wohl gesorgt. Obwohl Lucia selbst keine Haustiere hat, bekommt sie oft Besuch mit Hunden, die auch das Gelände erkunden dürfen. Man sollte daher keine Probleme mit Hunden haben. Die Kinder haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt und waren gerne gesehen. Der Pool wurde fast ausschließlich von uns genutzt und war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wieder kommen. Großes Lob an Lucia für das schöne und gepflegte Anwesen und ihre Qualitäten als perfekte Gastgeberin.
