Just a 5-minute drive from the historic town of Desenzano del Garda, this light-filled holiday apartment easily accommodates up to 4 guests. It is the ideal base from which to explore the historic sites of Desenzano and Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake. Eight steps lead up to a sunny balcony at the front of the apartment. The balcony door opens directly into the living room. A large glass window ensures that the living area is flooded with light. There is a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette, which is tucked away off the living room, is well-equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine. The bedroom area of the apartment is sectioned off by a wall for privacy and has a flexible wall-mounted Smart TV which can be viewed in both rooms. For larger groups, other apartments in the same complex can be rented together. Please refer to ID’s 5888 and 5887. Sleeping Bedroom area: The restful area has a double bed and a wardrobe with a safe. Extra: The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Bathroom The bright bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Please note that the property is right in front of the railway station and it can be noisy at times. Location The holiday apartment is the perfect base to enjoy one of the most vibrant holiday destinations on Lake Garda, Desenzano del Garda. In Desenzano del Garda, the historic Piazza Malvezzi, Piazza Matteotti and the Venetian Porto Vecchio (all within 6 minutes drive) are worth a visit for their wide range of shops and restaurants. The Cathedral, several Roman villas and Torre di San Martino are sites which would appeal to history enthusiasts. The historic fortress, the Rocca di Lonato (7 minutes) offers stunning views of the lake and makes an interesting outing. Meanwhile, for lovers of Garda olive oil, the Frantoio Montecroce is within easy reach. The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (40 minutes drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 20 minute drive).

Place is lovely closer to go everywhere, only problem is that you can hear the train pass but after going around and getting tired I don’t think that be much of a problem. Small but well equipped place.

Very friendly people. there was a prblem with AC at weather with 35C. The first 2 nights were very hot and hard but after 2 days it was repaired (got a 60 euro refund) and the last 3 days were everything OK. The only thing in the yellow app have to be replaced is the sofa Bett (sleeper Sofa). It was really very inconvenient to sleep on it. The rest in App were OK and good.

Het is een mooi appartement het is schoon en er is voldoende parkeerruimte aanwezig. Enige nadeel is dat het een stuk buiten het centrum ligt voor als je in de avond nog even ergens wilt gaan eten. Maar zeker het geld waard.

L’appartamento è in una buona posizione, molto vicino al centro di Desenzano (solo se ci si muove in macchina), ben strutturato e molto carino, con una piccola cucina a scomparsa, divano letto apribile e letto matrimoniale, antibagno con lavandino e bagnetto con doccia. Molto pulito! Munito di asciugamani e dell‘essenziale in cucina (tranne però olio, sale e zucchero), e c’è anche un piccolo tavolino da esterni da mettere nel balconcino coperto se si desidera! Apprezzata anche la bottiglia di prosecco in omaggio. Unica pecca la casa era un po’ fredda, però Emanuela è stata molto gentile e disponibile a riguardo e ci ha subito procurato un altro telecomandino nonostante la tarda ora.

Pulizia e attrezzatura. L'ambiente, seppur ristretto, è ben congegnato. Ottimo il parcheggio, gratuito, sempre disponibile, pure ombreggiato. Relativamente vicino al centro città ed in posizione tranquilla. Esterno ben curato.
