The Happy Rentals team was fantastic, they were easy to work with and provided clear instructions to find the rental. I would recommend watching the video to find the door! Stresa was incredible & this Airbnb was a perfect way to experience it.

The flat’s location and views were amazing and at a such a reasonable price. The flat was clean and tidy and a real welcome sight every time we came back to it. Although it is on the 4th floor with no lifts but we just counted it as part of the day’s hike 😁 However - older or mobility challenged people may find it difficult.

Comfortable apartment and patio in Stresa with great view over Lake Maggiore. Very convenient location right across the street from the ferry dock and walkable to town center and many shops and restaurants. Waterfront cafe on ground floor of the building. Great home base for exploring the nearby islands and Lake Maggiore!

We had a very nice three days here. We can’t say enough how it’s worth the balcony alone. Just a gorgeous view. We spent every morning and the end of every evening up there. The apartment is simply appointed, but we were never given any impression otherwise. All the amenities were there, and everything worked well. (We did a lot of laundry.) We slept great, the shower was strong, and…did I mention the balcony? Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Rooftop apartment had beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. While it was a lot of stairs to climb, it was completely worth it. The apartment had everything you'd need, and they were kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco for us! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Bon séjour, mais manque d'un oreiller et le ménage est à revoir. Cependant le logement est très bien situé, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture, la vue depuis la terrasse est aussi très belle.

Logement avec un bel emplacement, très pratique pour réaliser toutes les activités au lac majeur. Par contre, le logement manque des commodités pour cuisiner sur place facilement et laver son linge. Il est également dommage qu’Internet soit en supplément.

Great views, great location! You can walk around and shop then drop off your bags and go back to exploring! It’s right across where you can catch a ferry! Everything is walking distance! Great stay!

Best location in town, with the best views. The great views comes with alot of stairs, not good for disable people. Good aircondition and everything you need in kitchen. Very quiet both day and night. Shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended ***

Very basic apartment in need of some tlc, lacked the thoughtful touches other hosts would think of but that said - beautiful terrace view, a great location and super private. Better choice than a hotel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Stresa. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühl, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Zudem sind die Betten auch nicht die bequemsten, aber für einen Kurzurlaub vollkommen ausreichend. :)

It’s a great location, but I’m sorry to tell you that in addition to broken faucet and toilet seat, it was very dirty ( dishes were not properly cleaned, stained couch and chairs, sticky night stand).

This flat belongs to a holiday rental co a short distance from the flat itself and had to collect key from a lockbox there. I asked several times to let us know where taxi could drop us first at the flat to leave my partially disabled husband and our luggage but did not get an answer so we had first to walk to the agency in torrential rain, get the key then more wet walking to the flat. guy did accompany us but not help with luggage. It could have been a lot simpler had he met us at the flat . The flat itself is a rather botched conversion from a larger one which meant the bedroom is overlooked by next door’s terrace. Their terrace gets sun from midday, this one only a couple of hours late afternoon. Many smaller issues with bathroom- leaky shower, dripping taps, loo seat not fitting, lights not working, and very dodgy electrics. Staff responded quickly to need for utensils. The view is great as is location near ferry.

Lejligheden er i dårlig stand og fremstår slidt. Mange ting er gået i stykker og flere lamper virker ikke. Der var ikke særlig rent i lejligheden. Støv under senge og spindelvæv flere steder.

L’appartement est parfaitement bien situé. Accessible à pied depuis la gare. Pour y accéder, il faut monter 4 étages à pied, donc c’est un peu compliqué pour les personnes âgées. Même si la terrasse est belle, la fenêtre de la chambre donne directe sur la terrasse du voisin ce qui empêche d’ouvrir les rideaux. Seulement un rouleau de papier toilette est fourni pour 2 nuits pour 4 personnes (on a du demander un deuxième et ce n’était pas assez jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour), on n’a jamais trouvé la poubelle principale, seulement le recyclage. Le prix par nuit (240€) nous a paru très élevé pour la qualité du séjour. La vue est cependant splendide et le lit dans la chambre est confortable.

Die Lage ist super. Man erreicht innerhalb weniger Meter den Hauptplatz von Stresa und ist direkt an der Seepromenade. Die Küche des Appartments ist gut ausgestattet.

I liked the view and the location was terrific. The apartment was clean. The windows insulated well against sound and weather. There were sufficient linens. The clothes washer was convenient.

We booked this appartment as a couple with a 2 yo child. The location is perfect as it is situated right in the city center and in front of the ferry station. The view from the balcony is therefore stunning ! But we were disappointed by a few elements : the bathroom is really small and complicated to use, the air conditioning was not working, the window from the bedroom shows directly to the neighbours balcony (?!) So you can't open the curtains and there was almost nothing besides soap and dishwashing liquid (no salt, oil, vinegar etc)

Die Lage und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einmalig und die Wohnung süß. Leider ist sie meiner Meinung nach nicht für mehr als 2 Personen ausgestattet, dass "Schlafsofa" ist wirklich eine Zumutung - niemand sollte auf so etwas schlafen müssen. Und meine Reisegruppe ist normalerweise nicht zimperlich in Bezug auf die Schlafsituation. Des Weiteren wird kein Öl, Salz oder Pfeffer in der Küche und nur eine Rolle Klopapier zur Verfügung gestellt, was für den Preis sehr schade ist, hier habe ich für weniger Geld schon mehr bekommen. Die restliche Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Dennoch würde ich wieder hier her kommen, dann allerdings nur zu zweit. Alles in allem kann ich es empfehlen.

The property has fantastic views and is central. Cant be beaten from that aspect but there could certainly be improvements made. It is dated, the shower is terrible, it is extremely hot during the evening due to no aircon thus making for an uncomfortable sleep. The site says they supply toilet paper and soap which they do - one roll and one very small bar of soap. For a stay of 4 days it was nowhere near enough.
