A contemporary studio apartment on the fourth floor of one of Lugano’s most luxurious new developments. Icon-H, in central Lugano, welcomes people travelling for business and those who are looking for a relaxing city break. The communal facilities include a co-working space, reception area, a ground floor bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, a gym and secure storage space. The bright studio apartment sleeps 2 people. The stone-floored living area has a contemporary sofa, coffee table, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table with 2 seats. The dining table can also be used as a workstation for business travellers. In the neat, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. All fittings throughout the apartment are of the highest quality. Sleeping There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. One of Switzerland’s most visited museums, MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minutes walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip to Lago Lugano is a must, but if you do not have time, then a walk along the waterfront promenade in Parco Ciani (23 minutes walk) offers stunning views out over the lake. For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.

Exactly like the photos, with a beautiful view to the mountains! Everything was super clean, and had everything needed to stay for a couple days or even more. Good location, with easy access to transports. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone who will be working while traveling. This place is perfect for the traveling worker. The rooms are spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a long stay. Ample washers and dryers downstairs are free to use for guests. A nice little sushi restaurant is on the ground floor and many other eating options just a short block away. Great place!

Struttra nuova, ottima, molto tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Molto confortevole e ben organizzata (c'è tutto quello che serve), molto pulita. Internet di buona qualità. Palestra molto buona. Non troppo lontana dal centro ma vicino a bar, ristoranti, supermarket ed alcuni servizi. Facilità di parcheggio.

Position is good and the place is kept well maintained. The room size is not huge, but definitely comfortable, and in line with the price. The check-in process is a bit too long, requiring to download an app and register to a website in order to gain access to the facility. We asked two additional pillows as the ones provided are very thin. It took more than a day to get them, meaning we could’ve avoided an additional uncomfortable night if they were more reactive.
