The ideal base to explore the picture-perfect city of Lugano. This luxurious flat sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is on the fourth floor of a striking new development which caters to business travellers and people who are looking for a relaxing city break. The bright, open plan living room has a contemporary-style sofa, Smart TV and a dining table with 4 seats. In the sleek, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. A large glass door leads out onto a private balcony with a wooden table and two chairs, so you can dine al fresco and enjoy the gorgeous views of the city and mountains. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and extensive wardrobes. Bathroom The separate stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin and WC. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (a 20-minute walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must, but if you do not have time take a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, and enjoy the breathtaking views over the lake. Then head to Piazza della Riforma, the heart of Lugano, and take a break at one of the many cafés that line the square. If you prefer to cook at the apartment then try the local farmers’ market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (20 mins walk). The perfect place to pick up the best ingredients. For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.

Приятные, чистые, свежие апартаменты в хорошем районе города. Недалеко супермаркет и в хорошую погоду 20 минут до парка и озера. Стиральной машинки не было у нас в апартаментах с одной спальней. Но есть почти ровная на -1 этаже. Хотелось бы какую-то круглосуточную службу поддержки. Тк непросто иногда разобраться в процессе заселения. Вход через приложение по электронному ключу. На месте никто не сможет помочь с этим вопросом и служба поддержки работает только с 9 утра и до 6 вечера.
