Für uns (wir reisten zu Viert, 2 Paare) war die Grösse der Wohnung perfekt. Alles piccobello von Schlafzimmer bis Badezimmer (inkl. Duschvorhang) Super Check in Instruktion, beste Lage in Lugano und super zu Fuss erreichbar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Gerne buchen wir wieder beim Gastgeber.

Gut gelegen (neben kleinem Cafe, Einkaufszentrum und Bushaltestelle), eingebettet in die Berge von Lugano. Genug Platz, kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof, Innenhof (praktisch für Kinder).

Casa pulita e ordinata. Comunicazioni tempestive e precise. Il prezzo è un po’ alto, perché comunque è un appartamento sistemato bene, “non nuovo,non di lusso”. Ma c’è da dire che siamo in Svizzera e lì paghi tutto caro.

Todo muy bien, tuve problema con la wifi al llegar a la casa pero fue solucionado rápido. La casa está muy bien ubicada, la casa es grande y súper cerca del centro se puede ir andando que está a 10 minutos, para de bus adelante, supermercado muy bien todo.

Im grossen und Ganzen sehr gut. Der einzige grosse Minuspunkt war die Kommunikation. Zwei Kontakte die vor Ort zuständig sind haben gar nicht geantwortet auf meine Nachrichten.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war die Wohnung gut. Sehr nahe Bussationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr laut - viel laute Musik aus den umliegenden Wohnungen.

Sonja hat sich proaktiv gemeldet mit klaren Anweisungen und Fotos als Hilfe. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war klein aber funktionell für einige Tage. Sehr ringhörig und es war auch eher kühl.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Gut erreichbar mit ÖV. Es hat 2 Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Check in problemlos mit Schlüsselfach. Kommunikation mit Sonja klappte einwandfrei. Auf Beanstandungen wurde sofort reagiert. Leider sind einige Fotos nicht mehr aktuell. Die Ausstattung ist auf dem absoluten Minimum gehalten.

Location par une agence...donc un service peu/pas personnalisé. Communication répétitive pour les instructions d'arrivée, pas de souplesse en matière d'heure d'arrivée, et quand il y a un problème à régler, ils renvoient la balle plus loin . L'appartement est plus petit que les photos laissent apparaître, mais il est propre. Seul la salle de bain pourrait être mieux entre tenue. L'appartement est assez bruyant (voisins, rue) et manque un peu de chaleur (un petit effort sur la déco pourrait être fait avec par exemple un petit tapis, une petite table de salon...etc.) Il manque parfois des petites choses essentielles comme le savon ou des crochets pour accrocher les linges de bain après la douche pour ne parler que de la salle de bain. Globalement un appartement pas trop mal mais qui pourrait encore être amélioré. Pas notre meilleure expérience avec airbnb... Pas la pire non plus.

klein appartement, 2 goede slaapkamers. Bedden keurig opgemaakt. Zeer klein keukentje, waar bestek etc echt afgemeten is op 4 personen. Gordijnen waren smoezelig, diverse plinten bv bij douche vol getrokken met water. Douche gordijn hield weinig tegen Plint bij voordeur kapot. Wel stonden er 2 ventilators klaar, zeer welkom!

Very nice clean place in a quite area. In a walking distance to the old town and to the harbor. Few supermarkets within 5min walk. Nice balcony with plenty of space.
