This stylish modern apartment in southern Chamonix, looking out over trees and gardens makes an ideal holiday base, at any time of year. On the ground floor of a picturesque, new residence, this apartment sleeps 5 people. The contemporary décor is stylish, with neutral colours and wooden flooring throughout. The cosy living room has a glass door that leads out onto a terraced garden where guests can sit and enjoy the view. Back in the living room, there is a corner sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area has a table that seats 5. The separate kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. There is a hatch for serving food directly to the dining table on the other side. Sleeping Bedroom: The stylish, master bedroom has bunk beds, with the lower level featuring a double bed and the upper level featuring a single bed. There is a bunk bed in an alcove off the main living area, with the lower level featuring a double bed and the upper level featuring a single bed. Bathroom The new, marble-fitted bathroom has a full bath with shower attachment, basin and W.C. Additional • Free Wifi • Electric radiators • Terrace • Shared garden • Smart TV • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary • Pets not possible • Ski storage Location The apartment is in the middle of south Chamonix, opposite the main bus station and just a 5-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is also a 5-minute walk away. The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing, and paragliding in the summer months. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf, and horse riding. Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Chamonix Sud has a weekly market every Tuesday morning. Here you can buy all the freshest ingredients directly from the producers, to try at home. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

Nice stay in this small apartment nicely located downtown and close to all comodities including the téléphérique du Mont Blanc. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay spending most of the time outside.

Great stay here in Chamonix - location is really convenient, 5 mins walk from the Aiguille Midi cable car. There is a bus stop and supermarket really near. In a pedestrianised area. place isn't huge but the small outside area is a nice bonus. Kitchen pretty well equipped and bedding fresh and clean.

L’emplacement était vraiment parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la région. Tout était à proximité : les arrêts de bus facilitaient les déplacements, et les supermarchés tout proches rendaient le quotidien très pratique. L’appartement, en plus d’être bien situé, était plutôt propre, confortable et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour sans souci !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris par la surface de l'appartement par rapport aux photos et par les casiers mis à disposition pour ranger nos skis. La cuisine et les appareils mis à disposition marchaient très bien et surtout l'incroyable douche. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, l'appartement était propre même si à mon âge, je ne suis pas très pointilleux par rapport à ça. Mais surtout le gros avantages que nous avions en tant que groupe de 5 copains, ce sont les activités à proximité car le logement est assez proche du centre ville pour pouvoir faire une tournée des bars ou des magasins à pied. Le seul bémole est le parking. Nous étions partis avec 2 voitures (5 personnes avec les skis et équipements quo vont avec) et le logement ne propose qu'une place qui n'est pas garantit. Alors je veux bien payer une place de parking pendant une semaine mais pas deux, donc généralement on faisait des petits tours dans Chamonix en attendant d'avoir une place.

I had hard time to find the room, and the owner wasn't reachable. It would be better if there were more trash bags. I like how he left board games. There weren't enough toilet papers for 4 people for 3 days.

Great location in the heart of Chamonix and being on the ground floor is quite nice. We recommend the apartment undergoes a renovation as it is a little older, but still relatively clean. Ventilation is poor throughout the flat, especially in the shower area. This has caused the space to feel consistently damp. Only 2 rolls of toilet tissue were left for a 10-day stay and the tissue roll holder was not mounted on the wall - we were able to fix it ourselves but given the price paid, we hoped things of this nature would be in order. Small for 4 adults with ski gear.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de la estación de bus y apartada del bullicio del centro. El estado del mismo es malo en general. Tanto la cocina como las camas necesitan una reforma y deberia hacerse una limpieza a fondo ya que por poner un ejemplo, el sofá y la manta que lo cubre tienen una suciedad que no he visto nunca en un lugar destinado al alquiler. El suelo tambien estaba bastante sucio. El coste del alquiler fué de 800€ y en el recibo se especifica que el coste de la limpieza esta incluido y supera los 100€.Eso es curioso viendo el estado del local. Tengo que decir que en mi pais (España) y mas concretamente en Asturias que es donde vivo, ese apartamento no estaria en condicones de ser alquilado, ya que el standar de calidad es mucho mas alto. Esperaba algo bastante mejor o algo que estuviera a la altura del precio pagado.

Recomiendo dejar elementos para lavar la loza, ya que para pocos días es muy tedioso estar comprando. Tener más ollas y tapas. Dejar las bolsas respectivas para reciclar , no solo una bolsa.

Perfect place where to stay if you are coming to ski to Chamonix. Everything is close: rental, restaurant, main street, bars... *The only problem we had was the Wifi, didn't work :(

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris par la surface de l'appartement par rapport aux photos et par les casiers mis à disposition pour ranger nos skis. La cuisine et les appareils mis à disposition marchaient très bien et surtout l'incroyable douche. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, l'appartement était propre même si à mon âge, je ne suis pas très pointilleux par rapport à ça. Mais surtout le gros avantages que nous avions en tant que groupe de 5 copains, ce sont les activités à proximité car le logement est assez proche du centre ville pour pouvoir faire une tournée des bars ou des magasins à pied. Le seul bémole est le parking. Nous étions partis avec 2 voitures (5 personnes avec les skis et équipements quo vont avec) et le logement ne propose qu'une place qui n'est pas garantit. Alors je veux bien payer une place de parking pendant une semaine mais pas deux, donc généralement on faisait des petits tours dans Chamonix en attendant d'avoir une place.

I had hard time to find the room, and the owner wasn't reachable. It would be better if there were more trash bags. I like how he left board games. There weren't enough toilet papers for 4 people for 3 days.

Great location in the heart of Chamonix and being on the ground floor is quite nice. We recommend the apartment undergoes a renovation as it is a little older, but still relatively clean. Ventilation is poor throughout the flat, especially in the shower area. This has caused the space to feel consistently damp. Only 2 rolls of toilet tissue were left for a 10-day stay and the tissue roll holder was not mounted on the wall - we were able to fix it ourselves but given the price paid, we hoped things of this nature would be in order. Small for 4 adults with ski gear.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de la estación de bus y apartada del bullicio del centro. El estado del mismo es malo en general. Tanto la cocina como las camas necesitan una reforma y deberia hacerse una limpieza a fondo ya que por poner un ejemplo, el sofá y la manta que lo cubre tienen una suciedad que no he visto nunca en un lugar destinado al alquiler. El suelo tambien estaba bastante sucio. El coste del alquiler fué de 800€ y en el recibo se especifica que el coste de la limpieza esta incluido y supera los 100€.Eso es curioso viendo el estado del local. Tengo que decir que en mi pais (España) y mas concretamente en Asturias que es donde vivo, ese apartamento no estaria en condicones de ser alquilado, ya que el standar de calidad es mucho mas alto. Esperaba algo bastante mejor o algo que estuviera a la altura del precio pagado.
