Between Porto Rotondo and the beaches of the Gulf of Marinella, the renowned Ladunia residence is a private residential centre surrounded by a large and well-kept park with Mediterranean plants. There is also a splendid saltwater infinity shared pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Marinella and the island of Tavalora. Bordering the sea, a private sun deck with boat docks is available for you to relax in a carefree atmosphere. Additionally, surrounded by greenery, there are 2 tennis courts, a football field, and a beautiful and prestigious children's playground. This first-floor apartment consists of a living room with a TV, an open kitchenette with an oven and cooker hob and direct access to a covered veranda with alfresco lounging. A few steps from the main square of the Ladunia residence, a restaurant/bar and market are available from June to September for your added convenience. Sleeping Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside reading lights. Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom Bathroom 1: A large fully equipped with a shower, bidet, basin, WC and hairdryer. The tennis courts and the soccer field can be used upon prior reservation. Location The holiday apartment is in a privileged position as it serves as the perfect starting point to reach all the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia and in a 10-20 minute drive, you can reach the gorgeous white-sand Marinella Beach and picturesque Punta Volpe Beach. At Marinella Beach, you can also rent canoes, rafts and surfboards. The marina (Punta Marana) and Wildlife Park (Cala Marana) are a 20-minute drive from here. If you are more interested in trying your hand at cooking with the local produce – Olbia (15 minutes drive) has at least 3 farmers' markets a week. The biggest is on Saturdays in Via Sangallo. Other than that Olbia has tons of venues for entertainment, and historical exploration like the San Simplicio Basilica and lively cafes spread out in the lovely Piazza Matteotti. Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from this Marinella apartment.

Appartement fonctionnel dans une résidence magnifiques (grande piscine, beaux espaces verts, jeux enfants). Les services de restauration de la résidence sont très moyens, il faudra aller plus loin et faire à manger pour profiter de la bonne cuisine italienne.

Très beau séjour dans cette résidence ! L’appartement correspondait aux photos et la vue mer est plus que sympathique ! La Pisicne à débordement est incroyable. Le petit plus un mini marché à l’entrée de la résidence tous les jours ! Super 👍

Piccolo appartamento all' interno di un grande residence molto curato. Dotato di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno (stoviglie, biancheria, tutto presente) Posizione perfetta, si raggiungono velocemente le spiagge di porto rotondo e la spiaggia di Marinella. Comoda veranda con tavolo, la colazione vista mare è impagabile. Piscina top! Con l' auto ci si sposta senza problemi tra Olbia e tutta la costa smeralda. Host consigliatissimo... sempre tempestivi in ogni indicazione.

La casa si è presentata pulita e conforme alla descrizione, le indicazioni sono state precise e la posizione è strategica ma solo se per spostarsi si hanno a disposizione auto o scooter. Gli arredamenti della casa sono un po’ datati anche se pratici e funzionali. Nel complesso il villaggio è molto bello e offre diversi servizi tra cui una splendida piscina vista Golfo di Marinella. L’unica nota negativa è una discoteca nelle vicinanze che, ad agosto, disturba un po’ durante le prime ore della notte. Comunque vi consiglio la casa, io ci ritornerò di sicuro il prossimo anno

Hyggelig lejlighed med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Nabolaget er sikkert og flot med pool, supermarked og café lige rundt om hjørnet. Køkkenet har det hele. Det eneste var at der var ingen wifi og rengøringen af mindre ting. Bestik, tallerkener og glas havde madrester og fedt stadig. Fandt en halv salami i et af skabene. Udover det, havde vi et godt ophold.

Very nice and convenient apartment. We were a little bit worried about the temperature. It was finally perfect due to the fact that the apartment is on the north side, and the fans are efficient and finally that the temperature (between 30 and 35°) was not so high the previous week (40 to 45°). We generally enjoy Italian coffee maker and I like middle size coffee in the morning. However, we were not happy with the so tiny one provided. Another remark relates to the strange workings of ceramic hobs in order to activate more than one at a time. These two point are however a detail. Te residence is very well located between Olbia and Palau and Maddalena Island. It is very close to Porto Rotondo which is very nice. The swimming pool is fantastic.

Wij zaten met onze twee kinderen in het huisje en voor 4 personen was het behoorlijk klein. Twee zou prima zijn! Het huisje had geen airco, maar wel twee plafond-ventilatoren, waarvan 1 lawaai maakte. Het was best warm dus… Totaal niet flexibel qua aankomsttijd en vertrektijd. Zwembad (zout water) was prachtig.

Hallo Peter, bedankt voor je beoordeling! De woning wordt niet geadverteerd met een airconditioner en ventilatoren worden geleverd door de eigenaar. Het is niet mogelijk om flexibel te zijn met aankomst-/vertrektijden in het hoogseizoen. We hopen dat je genoten hebt van deze prachtige regio!
