The centrally-heated apartment is located on the first floor and enjoys lift access. The garage is located on the right and it is recommended to open both garages, drive forward in the garage on the left, reverse in a straight line and then enter the other garage (on the right) driving reverse. This procedure is highly recommended if the car is longer than a city car. The pool is shared among 12 apartments. It is also close to the funicular that takes you to the sunniest of summits with splendid terraced restaurants to enjoy, along with unforgettable panoramas of Lake Lugano.
