appartement super jolie et bien équipé terrasse juste sublime petit bémol pour la remise des clefs qui ne se fait pas a l'appartement mais a l'agence idem pour le retour . peut être aussi qu'il faudrait mieux indiqué l'emplacement de l'appartement car difficile a trouver il faut rentrer dans la résidence et rien n'est indiqué ni sur les boîtes aux lettres ni sur la sonnette sinon pour le reste c'était parfait

Świetna lokalizacja, budynek nie przylega bezpostednio do ulicy, więc mniej słychać ruch drogowy. Trzy komfortowe sypialnie pozwalały się wyspać. Plusem jest oddzielenie części sypialnej od części dziennej. Dużo przestrzeni mieszkalnej i wielki taras na trzy strony świata, to główne atuty mieszkania. Bardzo blisko do plaży, centrum, sklepu spozywczego i restauracji. Miejsce w hali garażowej pomieści małe auto kombi nawet z boksem na dachu. Relaks na tarasie dobrze wyposażonym w meble z pięknym widokiem na góry zapewniony. Chcielibyśmy tu wrócić.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio in 3 famiglie (6 adulti) con rispettivi 3 bambini di 3 anni. Lo spazio è stato più che sufficiente per passare tre ottime giornate in compagnia visitando la città e i mercatini di Natale. Facilità di parcheggio, vicinanza al centro, a un grande supermercato, a pizzerie e ristoranti. Non manca nulla e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un peccato non aver potuto sfruttare l'enorme terrazza nel mese di dicembre (per il freddo ovviamente). Se dovesse capire ci torneremo sicuramente! Raccomandato.

The view, balcony, comfortable beds and location were all brilliant. 🥰 Could do with a larger kettle! Shower door was a bit wobbly......also a mirror in the Small bedroom would have been nice. We all had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Power out for 2 days affected our use. Here are a few additional suggestions: Trash found in balcony planters. The fan in bathroom with tub is not effective. Small trash containers in each bedroom would help. Room with twin beds should have a dresser. Soap dish in the shower does not drain. Light under the kitchen cabinets does not work. The lighting in the kitchen is inadequate. The window in the room with twin beds needs adjusting. One standing lamp in the living room does not work. ** In addition to the sofabed in the living room, one or two comfortable chairs would be appreciated. We appreciated all the staff, but Giada’s suggestions and support made our stay that much better. Would definitely consider returning.

Fantastic stay at this lovely home. Brilliant area and so close to the lake. Loved sitting on the very large balcony enjoying the scenery which is beautiful. Very clean with everything we needed for a great holiday. From booking to check out this has been a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay again at this wonderful home. Very pleased we booked to stay here.

This is a great place to stay, especially for a family. The three bedrooms and two baths were great. The wrap around terrace is amazing and offers wonderful views. It is well equipped with everything that we needed. It was clean. When we arrived, we did a have a bit of trouble figuring out which building it was in. They are in the process of painting the buildings and we were looking for an orange building based on the pictures in the instructions, but now the building is beige. Once the picture is updated in the instructions, it will not be a problem for others. Overall, this was a minor issue and after we found the correct building and got settled we had a wonderful stay.

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber und ordentlich. Die Terrasse ist wirklich toll und von jedem Zimmer (außer den Bädern) begehbar. Herrlicher Ausblick! Es könnten etwas mehr Besteck, Müslischalen, Gläser & Töpfe vorhanden sein. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Great Host ! Great Place ! Great stay ! We did 3 weeks in Northern Italy & France. The first week was at Thomas’s space in Riva Del Garda. Convenient location just across the street from Lake Garda. Safe quiet upscale neighborhood. Even bigger & nicer than pics/description. Beautiful top floor unit w/ a huge outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the UNBELIEVABLE views. Very Roomy, we had 3 adults and a 7 yr old and we never felt cramped. In fact, as soon as we walked through the door, I knew we had made a great decision. There is also parking for two cars. Which worked out great for us. We were delayed in Verona, and ended up checking In late. Even after hours Thomas & his staff were extremely helpful. They really made the entire process easy so we could just focus on having fun. No headaches whatsoever! We love Riva Del Garda & we don’t want to stay anywhere else when we go back next year. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay here. 5/5 stars ! Book w/ confidence !

Perfect Apartment!The best part was the view from a huge tarrace.We were spending mornings and evenings in the tarrace and view was breathtaking! Localisation of the apartment is very close to the beach,close to the shop or restaurants.There was free parking and it is good as well.Apartment was very clean and huge.Everything that was needed for a comfort rest was there. Thank you!We definitely will recommend this place and hopefully will come back again to the same apartment :)

The apartment is in a good location and has a lovely, large terrace. The terrace is probably the best part of the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. It's a great apartment, I recommend it. Raimundas Lithuania

Very nice place and within walking distance to the lake. The staff were helpful and responsive. The only issue I had was that there was no air conditioning in the apartment and it gets really hot during the summer, however, the staff were kind enough to buy us fans to help with the hot weather. I guess this is not a big issue since Italy is usually has a nice weather throughout the year and the apartment is equipped with heaters.

Мы приехали с семьей, 6 человек.Привезли родителей показать Италию. В каком же они шоке были от этого места, не передать словами.Начнем с начала. Представили места всегда на связи, прислали подробный план как приехать, где взять ключи, где парковка у дома . За ключом я решила сходить сама идти минут 10 от апартаментов, ибо я так и не поняла можно ли там проезжать на машине или нет, но вблизи парковки не было. Есть лифт, дверь подписана, не ошибешься. Внутри все как на фотографиях, хотя даже лучше. От фирмы на столе нас ждало шампанское, в морозилке лед, в шкафчике соль и вся необходимая посуда, также на кухне мусорные пакеты, таблетка для посудомойки, моющее средство, тряпка, так же есть капсулы для стиральной машинки, в ванной маленькие шампуни 2 шт, мыло 2 шт и гель для душа 2шт. Нам это и не нужно было,поэтому драться не пришлось. В комнатах все необходимое удобная кровать, одеяла, шкафы и главное у всех комнат есть выход на балкон, откуда открывается прекрасный вид завораживающий днем и удивляющий ночью тем, что ты путаешь звезды с домами на горах, а луну с церковью на вершине - ощущения потрясающие. Не знаю всегда так в городе или нет, в оба выходных вечером была ярмарка и какие-то выступления. Рекомендуем обратить внимание на ресторан в скале, но читайте внимательнее Гугл пишет, что он работает и в воскресенье, мы на это повелись и просто так сходили до закрытого ресторана. Сходили на вершину, ибо фуникулер, который стоит 7 евро туда обратно был сломан. Но дорожка потрясающе удобная, путь в горку составляет около 15 минут скамейки каждый три поворота, а к концу вообще на каждой. Даже просто подняться до бастиона будет хорошей мыслью :) 50 летние родители вполне спокойно дошли. В общем очень рекомендую, очень рада, что рискнула. Месту процветания и хороших посетителей.

Przestronny apartament z pięknymi widokami z każdego pokoju, salonu i kuchni. Fantastyczny taras, wyciszone drzwi do każdego pokoju, więc ruch w mieszkaniu jest prawie niesłyszalny w innych pokojach. Wygodne materace i poduszki. Blisko do centrum Rivy, w zasadzie to samo centrum, bo za rogiem są już piękne kamieniczki i hotele. Plus za miejsce parkingowe. Pobyt choć krótki był bardzo udany:)

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und von fast jedem Zimmer geht es auf die riesige Terrasse. Genügend Ablageflächen im Bad, viel Platz in den Schränken, gut ausgestattete Terrasse (2 Liegestühle, viele Sessel, großer Tisch, Markise zum ausfahren); Die Betten angenehm, Bettwäsche super, alle Zimmer nett gestaltet. Es war jederzeit jemand erreichbar, eine Reparatur der kaputten Lampe über der Arbeitsfläche erfolgte prompt am nächsten Morgen. Die Kommunikation war sehr flüssig und Antworten/Lösungen freundlich und zeitnah - vor und nach der Anreise. Die Beschreibung, wie man zu Schlüssel, Parkplatz und Wohnung kommt, war sehr genau und wir haben alles gefunden. Das Geschirrspül-Package mit 1 Tuch, 1 Schwamm und kleinem Fläschchen mit Spülflüssigkeit fanden wir sehr hygienisch und fein. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr positive Erfahrung und können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen (nehmen Sie Gelsenstecker mit ;-) Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen italienischen Espressokocher. Die Lage ist sehr gut und doch ruhig. Es ist nicht weit zum Supermarkt und ins Zentrum von Riva. Wir empfehlen den Eissalon Café Hotel Sole direkt am Wasser: sehr freundlich und wundergutes Eis :-)

Location was amazing and the place was spacious however the light near the hob wasn’t working and we had to replug the cable for the stove almost everytime we wanted to use it. It came as a slight inconvenience however overall did not affect our stay too much. The staff in charge at Happy Rentals was responsive to my messages so any problems or enquiries I had were answered quickly. Would recommend!

The Airbnb is very close to the Lago and we enjoyed walking there for a quick dip. The area is great and there are a lot of supermarkets near by. We stayed in the apartment with 6 adults and one child, the room with the separated beds is very close to the bathrooms an with not too much privacy. Everything else was great and we would come back!

This was the first time we’ve used Airbnb. We hired a car, but the sat nav didn’t take us near the apartment. It was really difficult to find and we spent quite a bit of time looking, however Thomas FaceTimed me and we located the apartment. The apartment itself is top floor, over looking the mountains and the lake sits in between. It’s a huge apartment. Big rooms, enough bathroom space. The balcony was the winner for us. The pictures do no do it justice. It really was huge and wrapped about 3/4 walls. We got a thunderstorm when we were there, so we sat and watched it from the balcony. It was beautiful. There is no air con. Which is advertised, but free standing fans were provided. It wasant to much of an issue for us because of the thunderstorms it wasant hot. However the day we arrived it was: and the day we left was hot also. I recommended mosquito spray. A rain mac because the area is mountain packed, the weather rolls in and out. The apartment has one umbrella. Beautiful

Please!!! Provide clearer directions to the apartment…we wandered for about an hour, searching, with our luggage in tow. A map would be very helpful… give it out with the keys. That was very stressful! Also, please clearly list the WiFi password. That should NOT be so difficult to find! One more thing… a bit of info about the area would be appreciated… boat info, restaurant recommendations, things to see in the area, etc. The apartment itself was fine… we especially loved the balcony! BUT… we washed clothes, and went to dry them in the advertised dryer, but guess what? No dryer! We ended up using a hair dryer on things we needed right away. Very frustrating! And the shower needs improvement! The door was flimsy, half broken. And for more than one night stay, I would have enjoyed an extra fresh towel or two, and another couple of those very tiny soaps. And how about a box of tissues? Little things make a huge difference! All in all, it was mostly clean, and a great location.

Thomas's place is great and a good fit for 6 people, just by the size of the terrace alone overlooking the lake is worth it, there were some construction in front but we can't blame that on anyone. We had some issues with the WiFi and one of the toilets and our host was quick to respond and sent someone to fix it, they gave us a second WiFi receiver (they can only connect up to three Devices at a time) and fixed the oven. Unfortunately one of the toilets was not able to be fixed so it may be worthy to ask beforehand just in case. otherwise we had a great time and hopefully we will be back

Wohnung ist gross und hat viel Platz. Strand ist wesentlich weiter entfernt als 150m.Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.Grosse Terasse aber zuwenig Liegestuehle vorhanden. Es fehlt auch an Sonnenschutz wie z.B. Sonnenschirmen.Küche ist spärlich eingerichtet.

The place was very clean and the location amazing. However I found that the place is much older of what the pictures show and the couch is stained like it was written on another review. I have a little daughter and the couch cover didn’t feel hygienic. The place is overpriced considering the old furniture and status of the apartment. However the location is amazing and it was cleaned really well.

checkin abbastanza facile, l'host gestito da agenzia, l'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, abbiamo appena soggiornato per capodanno 23/24, in tre famiglie(ognuno nella propria stanza), con bimbo/a di 2 anni, quindi abbastanza piccoli. Subito le prime impressioni non sono state positive, la palazzina è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione per il 110, e nonostante abbiamo prenotato ad ottobre non ci è stato detto che potevamo avere dei disagi (terrazzo al buio con residui di lavorazioni di facciata e un sacchetto di spazzatura, pezzi elettrici smontati e appoggiati sulle fioriere, cavi elettrici a vista e cavi della TV in salotto appesi tipo liana (pericolosi per i bimbi), un bagno ceco senza aspirazione e l'altro con una ventola piena di polvere, porta finestra della cucina difettosa, appartamento nel complesso non pulitissimo), ho fatto subito presente della situazione che abbiamo trovato, è stato risolto solo con il posticipo del checout...
