A luxurious, contemporary villa which sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people in comfort. The Villa Dana is set on the hillside above the town of Opatija, with glorious views across Kvarner Bay. This property is a fabulous holiday retreat, private, comfortable and full of fun for all ages. Every room in the house has a panoramic sea view and is flooded with natural light. The open-plan living room has a contemporary corner sofa, fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Large sliding glass doors bring the terrace, balcony and outside space into the house, so guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. There is a wooden dining table next to a large, state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with both induction and cooker hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Connecting doors from the living room lead to an indoor swimming shared pool and sauna. The house also has a gym, with a sea view, and a games room, complete with a pool table and various games and activities which will appeal to all ages. There is also an outdoor shared pool, children’s play area with badminton and volleyball. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The corner master bedroom has stunning sea views from both directions, with glass doors leading directly onto a private balcony. The room has a double bed, flat-screen TV, a separate dressing room and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: An airy bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, which doubles as a laptop workspace, chest of drawers, French windows out onto a balcony overlooking the sea, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Another bright and sunny bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, glass doors onto the balcony and an en suite bathroom. Bathrooms All 3 of the luxurious en suite bathrooms have a shower, basin and WC. There is a 4th independent bathroom which also has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. The charming resort of Opatija (10 minutes) has attracted visitors for centuries. The Lungomare, seafront promenade, makes for a great sunset stroll. The town’s architecture reflects its 180-year history, with beautiful villas overlooking pristine beaches. The city of Rijeka (30 mins) makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back home. Rijeka International Airport is just 55 minutes away.

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ein Traum, 2 Schwimmbäder, ein Whirlpool, Sauna etc. und dann dieser fantastische Blick auf Rijeka. Mehr geht nicht, wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

This house is very new and absolutely gorgeous. The view is one of a kind from the patio with infinity pool. There is also an indoor pool, fire pit, mini sports court, sauna, and hot tub. Lots of comfy patio furniture and a large umbrella. Downstairs there is a gym, darts, and a nice pool table. Danijel answered any questions we had and was very nice, responsive, accessible. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking including a juicer for fresh juice and an outdoor grill. Beds were comfortable and had blackout shutters to sleep in. The neighborhood felt super safe but there was a security gate and inside the gate was a charger for EV/hybrids. The road to the house is a bit narrow (as are many streets in the area) so as small a car as possible would be good. There's a nice big grocery store (Plodine) about 12 min away.

The design of the villa is an absolute dream and the views are spectacular from every part of the house! The house is fully equipped and you feel at home from the first second. All appliances and cooking equipment is there and it's a joy the prepare your food with amazing views from the indoor and outdoor kitchen. The highlight is the terasse with the big infinity pool and jacuzzi! All furnitures indoor and outdoor are high quality and really comfortable. There is a big and easily movable umbrella to shade your favorite place to enjoy the views also in the hot hours. Unfortunately we had two days of bad weather and could also enjoy the indoor pool and wellness amenities. Playroom and the football/basketball court was very appreciated by the kids. Croatia and the beaches around are really beautiful... but it's very hard to leave the house when you have such an amazing villa with all this amenities and a spectacular view! The owner Danjiel is very nice and very caring! After the heavy storm and rain we had a minor issue with the infinity pool and he took immediatly care of it! He is very responive and reliable! He designed the house together with his wife and you can see their love for detail. Over all it was an great experiance and I can fully recommend the Villa and the host!
